Dr. Rice appears consistently disinterested in the care for and concerns of her patients. Despite being a long term patient, if you call her with what you believe to be an emergency, even after emergency room visits necessitated in part by her unwillingness and/or unavailability to hear your concerns, she will not accommodate. If you have questions, that she cannot bill you separately for, she will simply not respond to you or at best, will tell you to make an appointment months from when you call with a pressing issue. If you depend on her to help with time sensitive or pressing issues, even for minimal guidance or symptom review, you will be disappointed.

I went in for BPH symptoms and came away with several options. Dr. Rice and her staff made my wife and I feel very comfortable and assured of her knowledge and ability. I am planning on having the Urolift procedure and am very glad we chose Dr. Rice.
