I really enjoyed my visit with Dr Shanis. I was nervous to discuss such a sensitive topic, but she made me feel comfortable right away. She assured me my concerns were normal and valid and offered several options that could help. I am so glad I found her

She is the only one who helped me with my pelvic pain

I had heavy bleeding/ a cycle that never stopped for months. My previous gyn wanted to put me on the IUD to stop it but wasn’t concerned about the cause because I’m “young and healthy”. Dr. Shanis listened to my concerns and was persistent in finding the cause. With a minor procedure recommended by Dr. Shanis, the issue is all corrected! I love her for caring and trying when other gyns just wanted to put a bandaid on it.
