Dr. Dana Lynette Tate, MD

I've had 5 appointments with Dr. Tate over the last 6 months, and each visit was great. Wait times were always short, the staff was very efficient and friendly, and the doctor was very thorough and professional. I would highly recommend her!

Dr. Dana Tate is an okay physician. I ordered orthotics from this practice and needed to go back three times to get adjusted. Each time I was charged $80 for an office visit. The first two times, I had to have a shot and adjustments made there was a few months between visits. The last time, got the orthotics, called immediately to have them readjusted and had an office visit. She put a pad in the sole and had me do the same in the other shoe. $80.00 for that. When I complained they said the insurance says the office has to charge for an office visit! I call the insurance, and they say they have to pay if charged for an office visit. What a rip off! I cannot go to the orthotic company to get them adjusted? Awful office management!

Dr. Tate did an exception job in helping me with a foot problem. Her dedication to helping me overcome a serious foot infection resulted in a full recovery.
