He isn't prepared when he walks into the office to see you and sits and reads your chart during your apt. He doesn't look at your vitals and got a call later about them (that he finally looked and acted is good but that is about it). He doesn't listen I had to tell him the same things over and over and correct him on the same things over and over. He then talks over you. He also said that if insurance denies something he will not appeal it or help you appeal it, it is our problem and we can just pay cash for cpap machine supplies or items. He is lazy and doesn't care about you. I am looking for another doctor. He is one of the least caring, lazy doctors I have ever had.

Male called me from the waiting area and started asking questions. Not wearing a name badge and did not introduce himself. After several questions, I had to inquire as to WHO he was... Explained my many years of battling with CHRONIC INSOMNIA and was instructed to get in bed at midnight and get up at 5 a.m. However, if I'm unable to sleep after 30 minutes, get up and read a book! Said he would check back with me in 2 weeks but did not and refuses to return my calls to him. Please don't waste your time, insurance money or your out-of-pocket cash.
