I had an appointment yesterday morning at eight-thirty. It didn't go well. I should have known since your office in Ladson couldn't figure out how to send me the information for pre-registration. With the disorganization of your office staff and Dr. Virgil Alfaro III M.D.'s inability to listen to my request about my left eye. He and his staff proceeded to work on my right eye. Doe anyone else see this as being dangerous? I have a Master's degree in administration. Therefore I understand how important organization is in this environment. It is an indication of his misuse of status.

Woman answering the phone was extremely rude and judgmental. Turned me away immediately.
