Very poor customer service. you have to wait outside for about 35 min. Even though you are on time for your appointment. The receptionist is kind of rude and the nurses as well. I wouldn’t recommend this Dr. I did not like the treatment they gave to my mom

I made an appointment through Zocdoc for Dr. Alfonso for today Sep. 3rd at 10:45 and when I got to the office it was closed. I know it is Labor Day, but since they made the appointment and never sent a cancellation notice to me, I went under torrential rain and arrived at 10:05 at their office. I was very disappointed to find out that they were closed.

Told sister he was going to remove something and didn’t he opened her up took a sample and told her she will be fine. It’s now 3 times the size and she is in more pain then before. He doesn’t listen and argues with his patients. I say that because he not only did it with my sister but with other patients how do I know that cause they don’t close doors for privacy either.

Having to have another surgery, his surgery has left me with limited use in hand, along with pain still after almost a year.

Dr. Alfonzo is a phenomenal surgeon put double plate and 11 screws in my wrist. It's even better than before, I have know limitations. Highly recommend to anyone needing a true specialist.

I saw Dr. Alfonso for my trigger thumb which decided to appear while I was sunbirding in Miami for the winter. While his office building is certainly not glamorous to say the least it was very convenient. His waiting room was packed which made me worry a bit but I was seen promptly. Dr. Alfonso is very personable and knowledgeable. He expertly injected my inflamed tendon with cortisone and I was back to full function within a day or two. The cortisone shot kept my trigger thumb at bay for almost a year. Then I aggravated it again while back home in Chicago and decided to have the tendon release surgery instead of another cortisone shot. If I'd been in Miami when my trigger thumb recurred I would have felt perfectly comfortable having him as my surgeon.

Dr. Alfonso did such an incredible job of restoring the function of my hand and injected the problem area with such precision that I cancelled my followup appointment. Don't be concerned about the exterior appearance of the building, his medical acumen is first rate.

Super amazing doctor. Took great care of my sons broken hand. Took the time to explain all aspects of the healing process. The surgery was a success and my son's hand is doing great. Excellent surgeon and person!
