Couldn’t have asked for better care than I received!

I left Dr. Bazylewicz office today crying tears of joy. Thank you to him and his wonderful staff Rebecca and Christal for treating me like family. I never thought I’d be able to walk normal again, and I’m back as good as new!

Great Doctor. Good experience

Dr. Bazylewicz and his team were extremely helpful in my care. I had fell and broke my arm. Dr. Bazylewicz fixed my arm and I went to Rothman for follow up appointments. His nurse Rebecca gave me her number if I had any questions and she was always there to answer them. His other helper Crystal helped take my staples out and made my upcoming appointment. I was extremely happy with my care from all 3.

I fell and broke my hip. Dr. Bazylewicz replaced my hip and I am doing great!! I am so thankful for him and his kind staff that I saw today for my follow up appointment. Great atmosphere all around. I look forward to recommending anyone to Dr. Bazylewicz that may need him.

Dr. Bazylewicz did surgery on my moms arm. She broke it from her shoulder down to her elbow. From day 1 Dr. Bazylewicz and his team treated her like family. When we went in for our first post op visit we made a mistake on the week and went in late. My moms staples needed to come out but Dr. Bazylewicz was away. Right away Rebecca came out and greeted us and reassured us that she would figure something out. Rebecca had another provider see us that day to assure her incision looked good and Rebecca removed 70+ staples from her arm. From that day on I knew my mother was in great hands. We called Dr. Bazylewicz office with all our questions and concerns and Rebecca was always there to answer them for us. Whenever we would come in for a visit it was such a Family like environment. Even if Rebecca did not room us, she would always come in to talk to us and see how we were doing. Then Dr. Bazylewicz would come in and was always so thorough. He made my mom and I extremely comfortable with all… the medical decisions made and we put complete trust in him. I could not thank him enough for everything he has done for my mother since day 1. He is an extremely intelligent surgeon and my mom feels lucky to have had him fix her arm. We could never say enough about how great Rebecca and Dr. Bazylewicz are. Thank you for everything!

Dr. Bazylewicz and his assistant Rebecca are 2 of the best health care providers I have ever come across. I needed orthopedic trauma surgery and Dr. Bazylewicz fixed me up and Rebecca answered all my questions along the way. Truly a brilliant team. Thank you Rothman for saving my life!

Dr. Bazylewicz is an incredible surgeon. He saved my life. Very well mannered and very good about explaining what is wrong and the steps we will take to get better. The girls that work with him are also very nice and make the experience so much better. I would recommend Dr. Bazylewicz and the Rothman Institute over anywhere else

Arrogant, didn't take time to learn patient background, miserable, cold bedside manner, not a reflection of what a doctor to patients who are experiencing traumatic injuries should be.
