Cannot give enough zero stars for this office.

I would not recommend going this doctor. Not friendly staff and they don't show respect.

horrible, waited an hour in my car, because the waiting room was completely full. I was on crutches, no one offered to get me a chair, and had to wait in my car until the doctor arrived. He spent 5 minutes with me. The young woman at the receptionist desk is rude.

Great staff and Dr. Frankel knows his stuff...who needs Philly?

Dr Frankel was awesome. He took the time with my granddaughter and showed me exactly what was wrong with her knee. I would recommend him to everyone

I Hadn't been treated by Dr Frankel since 2011, and is was refreshing to observe that the staff was still courteous and helpful. I trust Dr. Frankel's professional abilities, He carefully reviewed both my MRI's and my X-rays, examined me, asked questioned about my injury, and made a diagnosis. He prescribed physical therapy for me. I am very pleased, and relieved that my injury isn't what I thought it was.

I fell and smashed my shoulder into many pieces. Dr. Frankel did a shoulder replacement, and told me exactly what to expect. The rehab doctor who looked at my post-operative xray told me this was a "surgical miracle." I believe it, because after all the prescribed therapy I have regained the use of my arm and hand, and am able to use my shoulder to an extent I never expected. My only criticism is with the hospital, not the Doctor. I had to wait ten days for my surgery, with no explanation why they couldn't take me earlier.

I had an awful experience. He didn't listen to my concerns. He didnt explain anything to me. He talked to me while looking at his computer with his back facing me. I felt uncomfortable and uncared for. He didn't care that I was in severe pain. He did no physical examination on my back (a major source of m pain) and barely looked at my knee which had previously been broken and operated on. I had an excellent ortho surgeon in ny and I know how a dr is supposed to TREAT their patients and dr frankel was short, rude and told me I was too young to be in so much pain. yea Dr frankel tell that to the drunk driver who totalled my car and broke both my knees 5 years ago because I was even younger then. I'm almost 30 years old!! I am very very unhappy with the care he provided and on top of it the nurse who showed me to my room was a miserable person. I waited for 2 hours for no reason because in the end I am still in severe pain and got no tests scheduled.. He didn't even prescribe… an mri which both the ER dr and my primary dr told me I needed. I never review but I had to let people know to beware of this cruel dr, I left in tears. I am going to a new ortho which my ins doesn't cover but it will be worth it to get the care I deserve as a patient.
