Dr. Bavaro was very helpful in diagnosing a problem I have been having with my knee. It feels like it just gives out. Had surgery on it in the past, and was thinking I might need another. Dr. Bavaro gave me other alternatives and my knee feels much better. Highly recommend!

I felt very comfortable in Dr. Bavaro’s office and he assured me that he would get me back on the tennis court soon. I was having with my knee. He sent me for some tests and revealed a torn meniscus. He listened to everything I had to say and then asked me questions. I am scheduled to get it repaired! I’m very thankful for the recommendation by my friend. He is top notch.

Dr. Bavaro provided excellent care for my mom when she had knee replacement. She speaks English as a second language, but he made sure she understood everything. He also explained everything to us. He took a lot of time with her and she decided to have him replace her knee. After the surgery, she was up and walking very quickly and she is not pain free!! We are forever grateful!

Went to Dr. Bavaro with shoulder problem. Quick to see me, with excellent diagnosis. Actually stopped by the house to follow up. Would recommend him highly.

Provided a second opinion when we were feeling lost! His professionalism, information and care was so helpful! He took the time to explain and suggest medical information that we were concerned and confused about. He gave us his time, his expert advice and peace of mind during a very difficult time. We are forever grateful!

Dr. Bavaro made time in his schedule to see me when I hurt my hamstring. He really listened to me and figured out that it wasn't actually my hamstring, but my glute. He gave me the name and number for PT, and I'm on the mend. I would recommend Dr. Bavaro to family and friends.

I went to this doctor and was recommended a knee surgery. He did my total knee replacement and I have had constant pain since. I told him multiple times that I was constantly hurting but he never listened. He did not take give my any pain meds after 5 days. I have had second opinion since and had I have had to get another surgery to fix what he did wrong!!!

If only his skillset matched his arrogance ! Office staff incompetent which impacts your care. He couldn't even get medical history correct. Can't blame that on his staff.

Our experience with Dr. Bavaro began with him agreeing to stay in his office so our injured soccer-playing daughter - arriving from her college by train - could see him for an emergency appointment. That gesture alone was more than we could secure from two other doctors who we had previous experiences with. And then he saw her. His treatment, understanding, support and care were unbelievable. He was sensitive, honest and direct and most importantly, made her feel understood and helped her understand her condition. Perhaps most impressively, he introduced perspective, reminding her that this experience and how she'd cope with it was a larger life test and lesson. It wasn't easy - for him or her - but we and she are grateful for it. Sadly, as health care has forced so many doctors to concentrate on how to make a living rather than how best to care for patients, this approach seems to be a lost one. Dr. Bavaro is an exception and exceptional.
