Upon transferring my career to the Charlotte area, I needed a new Primary Care Physician. I am DO GLAD I decided to schedule my first appointment with this team. Dr. Biondi is very patient, a great listener and he doesn’t rush you or make you feel like you’re a number. His ENTIRE staff is super friendly and they all make you feel comfortable and at home. Pick this practice! You will not be disappointed.

Dr.B is the best doctor I've ever had he's a very knowledgeable man who apparently is good at multitasking when I ask him a question he don't have to go to the internet for a answer he just starts explaining and he does it in a way the patient can understand it he draws diagrams what ever the situation calls for he never backs down from a challenge I started seeing him and now I take my son to him and he's treating him for a condition most family doctors wouldn't touch he asked before he started treatment if I trusted him I told him he had more of my trust than a stranger was going to get who didn't know as much about the situation I choose this man over a specialist that's the level of trust I have in this man he has a great relationship with my son my son looks at the doctor as a role model and he's a very good one he gives back to his community with his time and money and I assure you this mans time is valuable he coaches sports and volunteers for the kids of all ages kids and… teenagers love him and respect now days with the medical system the way it is it's hard to find a doctor like dr.B most come in the room get out the laptop and start rushing you out the door some are so lazy they want even get out the laptop they make the nurse do it not this doctor he comes in sits down listens to you then examines you then explains he don't make you feel rushed he makes you feel like he's got all day if need be he's here to help and he also has a fantastic nurse if they need to do a procedure they make sure it's as comfortable as possible he stays up to date on the latest medical news and clinical test he's so knowledge I think he does his own continuing education plus the mandate this doctor far exceeds other doctors when I talk to him it's almost like I'm talking with a friend that's how comfortable the doctor as well as Diane his nurse makes my family feel I trust that team with my son and I feel certain their in the best hands

Said he would fax my anti anxiety medication and never did.

Went in with stomach pains and had some blood work done, took 6 days to call me back with the results. Also front desk person does not always give the doctor a message and took almost two week to get a call back regarding a referral to a specialist, when I asked, I suddenly received a phone call for the follow-up appointment.
