Terrible. Had a procedure that failed despite information suggesting it would… Had to have surgery to fix the issue.

Dr. Bruno treated me with dignity and tender care as he delivered my full-term, stillborn, baby boy. My regular obgyn wouldn't deliver my son, as I was pregnant and unwed. I had to wait 2 days to deliver, after finding out that my son was deceased in utero. Dr. Bruno was beyond compassionate and even shed a few tears with me. I will never forget his kindness and care. God bless this man. I will always be grateful.

Soon as the man found out that I had a drug history not during my pregnancy he treated me very differently after having my son vaginally 2 weeks later I ended up hemorrhaging apparently nobody massaged my uterus and he didn't get everything out I was bleeding profusely a large blood clots for hours at Niagara Falls Memorial before he came in Saw me and proceeded to take forceps and put them into my cervix and try to pull out blood clots no general anesthetic nothing and instead of just giving me a D&C he spent the whole day and night and giving me a blood transfusion giving me pitocin to get rid of it all then to give me another drug to try to tighten up my cervix twice in a row two blood transfusions later and my blood still leaking out of my uterus he finally decided to give me a D&C I almost died let me mention again two blood transfusions the whole time he had in his head that the reason why this could be happening was because of my I was on some sort of drug halfway through all… this he wanted a blood test and a urine test only to find out that I was clean from drugs he was just incompetent don't waste your time with this man

Dr Burns was compassionate , caring and saved my baby!. Love him

He helped my family during a miscarriage and was just the best most personable caring person.

I was, to say the lease so sad to have Dr Burns leave NF. He delivered my first and third children, second delivered by Dr Hage within the same practice. I had many complications with my third child. When children’s failed to do what they were supposed to do he took mine and my unborn Child’s care into his own hands and all was well!!! I unexpectedly found out the following year that I was pregnant with baby 4 but had to go through it with doctors I wasn’t familiar with and failed me at the beginning. All turned out well thank gosh but nothing the way Dr Burns would handle things.

Dr. Burns is an outstanding doctor. He delivered my third baby. I was very nervous at first because I loved the doctor who delivered my first and second babies but Dr. Burns put me at ease immediately and went above and beyond more than once to ensure my baby was ok. I’m sad to see him leaving the area.

I find it funny that when you search all the sites for reviews on Dr. Burns you find a total of 7 negative that all happen to be written on the same day and worded very similarly. Please don't listen to that one angry person who has obviously inflated her ONE negative review into 7. Dr. Burns has been my doctor for all of the 30 years with the exception of this last year when his practice moved away. He is also the doctor to each and every female family member I have and there is simply no other choice for any of us. He has delivered all of our children and has never treated any of us with anything but the utmost respect, care and consideration. I am now transitioning back to him because after going to another doctor only once, I just know that there is no other choice for me and will willingly drive the hour to see him.

The staff is extremely rude, so watch out! Dr. Burns also comes across as a jerk. He tends to man-splain things to you (for ex: he knows what YOU are feeling better than YOU do, he is all mighty in his decisions, and you better listen to him, Little Lady, because he knows all). Most doctors encourage dialogue when it comes to treating patients. He prefers to yell at you and act like a jerk if you ask logical questions or make suggestions.

Dr. Burns always was honest and caring! I have a lot of respect for him.
