Got upsold an allergy test the office claimed was 100% covered by insurance. Got a 3K bill in the mail. Will never return as a patient to this doctor.

I went to Dr. Chadwick for a check up. Had been very tired no energy. Staff was very friendly. Dr. Chadwick was very friendly also. The issue I had with him was him trying to up sale take care of things I didnt go in for. He said I had a spot on my chest that needed to be froze off. He just started freezing spots off I didnt even know I had. He froze over 20 spots. Now I am all scared up. He said he could do everything in his office even GYN made me uncomftable. He didnt even have a nurse in with him while he started freezing spots on my chest that I never went in for.

Dr Chadwick is very personable, friendly and compassionate. He is very observant -- in visiting with him about another subject, he suddenly reached for my arm and told me there was a spot very suspicious of skin cancer. He was correct, not just that time but also on later visits. We've labeled him our "cancer-sniffing doc." Though I live quite a distance away, Dr Chadwick is always my go-to doctor for any medical problem.

I just had my first appointment with DR.Chadwick and am very impressed! He spoke to me like a real human! I have been to several doctors in my life and have never felt so important. He was never rude and was genuinely concerned with what was going on. Very professional! I am so happy to have finally found me a new doctor!

My family and I have been going to see Dr. Chadwich for a couple of years now. We appreciate the wonderful front office staff, they are always friendly and curtious. Its easy to obtain and appointment and easy to speak to a nurse. When we have an appointment the wait time is short. Also, Dr. Chadwick spends time with me even on the busy days. Thank you!

I made a criticism about his nurse who wouldn't listen to me on how and where to take a blood sample. The nurse have a high turn over rate and are often from temp agencies . Doesn't say much about a dr. who can't maintain a good staff. He has a very big ego. Would never recommend him.

We have been seeing Dr. Chadwick for 2 years now and he is wonderful. Office staff and nurses are exceptional. He really takes the time to find out what is going on, even when the office is really busy. Great guy, great practice.

My boyfriend has been getting hydrocodone and tramadol from Dr.Chadwick that he doesnt even need.He has an addiction.He takes the whole prescription the first day he gets it then buys it illegally until his next refill.How cabn a doctor not see his patient has a problem?He is very abusive on this medication,his teeth are rotting
