Dr. Daniel James Chartrand, MD

Dr Chartrand listens and doesn’t make me feel like my symptoms are all in my head. He doesn’t over treat or over do medicine. He’s kind, caring and funny. His offices is well run and he will get back to you right away.

This doctor got way out of line with me. He told me I shouldn’t be having sex because I am unmarried and my partner “doesn’t love me” because of this. He also told me that unless I am not “In touch with god” I will never be happy even though I have diagnosed anxiety and depression. People are allowed to have their own beliefs but not ok for him to push his on others. Totally inappropriate and unprofessional. Do not recommend this doctor.

Dr Chartrand is the best Dr in the area hands down. Always takes care of the family and is very caring and compassionate. His office environment is very relaxing and my daughter (6 years old) is never scared to see him. She actually will ask to go see him when she is sick.

I drive from Plano to see Doctor Chartrand but would drive much farther. I love that he spends time with his patients. Reminds me of the relationship doctors had with their patients in bygone days.

My family and I have been seeing Dr Chartrand for years. His kind friendly demeanour makes it easy to discuss our health problems. His Harvard degree gives us confidence in his diagnosing abilities. We are very grateful for the amount of time he takes with us at our visits. I never feel like I'm hurried so other patients can be seen Thank you for all you do Dr C.

On the rating I took the other day On Dr. Chartrand I rated everything 5 stars and my results showed 3 stars. I wanted to share that! Because Dr. Chartrand is an excellent doctor and if there was a rating higher then a 5 my family would give it to him! Yes he's that good! Being there for after hour emergencies....you name it! He genuinely cares for people and reminds me of how doctors used to be! They served their communities and cared about people, helping family's health situations. Dr. Chartrand is this way for sure! Like I said we would give him higher then five stars if we could! Thank you Dr. Chartrand! The Woods family misses you!

Excellent bedside manner. No nonsense. Really work with me to come up with a good treatment plan that I was happy with.

Dr. Chartrand is amazing~ he's like the baby whisperer. My daughter is terrified of doctors, but Dr. C has her fooled; she loves him, and lets him give her a full examination without batting an eye.

I have been seeing Dr. C for a few years now. He is above the best doctor that I have ever had. After dealing with high pressures. no personailty specialist who had no answers to my heath issues. Dr. C not only listened to me but looked outside the box to work with me to restore my health. We are partners in my health . He treats me like a adult , listens to me , and works with me to understand what ever I am dealing with. My over all health has improved since using him as my doctor. But it is also up to me to take daily measures in my health choices. Thank you Dr. C
