Always a great experience. Office staff is friendly and helpful. Thorough exam. Dr. Cotter is friendly and available for questions despite being very busy. Glad Dr Charles referred me to ECVA.

I needed an appointment at short notice and was granted. The staff was very kind and efficient. Dr. Cotter took time to evaluate the situation without showing any signs of rushing off to next patient. Very good experience.

First visit very professional atmosphere. No long wait time. Very friendly atmosphere. Doctor Cotter's offices provided all testing and eye script and explained to me what my system were.

I am a relatively new patient to Dr. Cotter but very pleased with him. He obviously knows what he's doing. He did my cataract surgery which went very well. I would recommend him.

This practice is extremely efficient and thorough. Staff is to the point with a pleasant demeanor. Dr. Cotter is a concerned friendly doctor also with a great sense of humor. it is a pleasure to visit here once a year!
