Dr. Daniel Luke Crozier, MD

The first time I went to Dr. Crozier I had issue that brought concern. I was going to go to another Doctor. I spoke to his assistant and I decided to go back and see what he had to say. The second time I saw him, my nerves was not as tight, and I saw the quality this man offered in the medical field. The third time I saw him he took part of my parotid gland out due to a tumor in it. He is an awesome doctor that I would highly recommend. I am glad I didn’t judge him off of the first visit. Everything that he told me was how the test and surgery turned out. The Springfield Missouri and CoxHealth system is lucky to have a young ENT surgeon with such skill and a staff to match! Five star rating, all the way!

I have seen this doctor twice, today I believe I saw the true Dr. Cozier. He seemed comfortable, and was caring, answering all my questions. I would feel completely comfortable letting him do surgery on me. If you had a bad experience I encourage you to give him another chance. It is hard to know what happened before he walked into the room. With me on the first visit I was tense, scared, and unsure. Maybe it was me that caused the tense first visit. Two thumbs up for Dr. Cozier.

No bedside manner he was rude and very judgemental

I was referred to this doctor due to a mass in the neck, clearly swollen and a walnut sized tumor, he would not look at it, he was to biopsy a nodule in a gland in the face and denied it was part of the referral from the original Doctor. He wanted to only do what was easy and referred me again to another doctor. Very short with me, did not address me by anything but my last name, did not shake my hand. I would not recommend this doctor or the clinic he works for. Been there twice and both doctors treated me rudely. Office staff and the assistants deserve a 5 star rating. The doctor should take notes from his staff on how to treat people.

Dr Crozier is a high level specialist obviously. I felt his judgement, explanations and conservative approach was stellar!! He was on point communication wise and he totally has me if I have troubles. His assistant was professional, honest and clearly skilled. Great experience, I plan to stick with him!

I went in because I had been told by 2 primary care physicians that I had an ear infection but I just couldn’t kick it. I had been dealing with it for 4 months by the time I decided to go see an ENT. He said “you’re too old to have ear infections. It’s allergies” and sent me on my way. I’m a college student and I’ve had too many ear issues to count. He completely disregarded me and literally walked out the door before I could even ask questions. Luckily, the nurse that came in after to show me allergy meds could tell that I was frustrated and asked that I please come back if the issues continued. I obviously didn’t.

I have never been so angry after leaving a Doctors Office. I have never been treated so rudely by ANYONE! He should not have any interaction with people. Yes, Doctor Crozier you graduated from Medical School (as you informed me), but maybe you should go to school and learn how to treat people!

Dr. Crozier literally spent three minutes with me after dealing with Vertigo for months. Says, "its simple vertigo, here are some exercises." As a medical professional, I felt as if this was so rude. No reassurance, no explanation, nothing. Definitely DO NOT recommend him. It's worth waiting a few more weeks to see his much more qualified colleagues.

My 91-year-old father who has dementia was recently seen in Dr. Crozier office for a severe nosebleed. The manner in which Dr. Crozier treated him was horrendous! The tone of his voice and the roughness of his actions was unbelievable. I spoke up at one point in defense of my father and was asked in a very hateful way to leave the room. No one, not even the worst person on the face of the earth, should be treated the way Dr. Crozier treated my sweet daddy. PLEASE do not take your loved ones to this man!

Went in for ringing in ears, vertigo, ear pain, he said my ears were fine I needed to get with my regular doctor to find out what was wrong. I needed to lose weight work out one hour everyday and offered no further help to find out what was wrong. Short and not not good visit, don’t use him! He doesn’t care about people!!!
