Found Dr. Jones to be pleasant and helpful. I had met him before when he treated my husband for hip pain. At that time he injected him at one site and told him if the pain persists that he could inject another site behind the hip that often results in pain. He was wonderful and accommodating. Returned again for same treatment. I read the account from the woman who had such a bad time with him. I am so sorry she had to go through that but I have to wonder if Dr. Jones was going through a bad time himself. I hope she takes the time to talk to him personally about the situation and see if something could be resolved. Too many patients have found him to be an excellent doctor.

I am giving Dr Jones a 1-as someone who works in the healthcare industry for the last 32 years, first impressions are everything. Provider did not have any bedside manner, sympathy or compassion to what I was going through. He was demeaning, unapologetic and acted like I was wasting his team. No smiles, no nothing from him. People are going through hard times with their bodies and look to the providers to help them find solutions to this. I pay for my visit and I would pay for surgery so I am ultimately paying for his lack luster service. I have had family members that had issues with this provider and don't understand how he is practicing. He made me feel terrible and pretty much told me to deal with my leg pain. I was thinking of getting an injection done with Dr Jones but have decided against it. I came for a second opinion and had no connection with the provider and felt uneasy. He was rude, pessimistic and just plain mean. One star is too generous for this provider.

Dr Jones has been wonderful for me and my issue. He introduced me to PRP as an alternative to surgery , healing to both of my sholders that has years worth of tissue tears along with a separation , sholder joints are just plain wore out. I cant thank him enough. Its been a slow Expensive come back but it Works. This was my 3rd PRP procedure and it works! My tears have regenerated and healed, results after the first procedure and it keeps getting better .Thanks doc
