Very approachable and understanding. Both the staff and Dr. Kruse make you feel welcomed and at ease. I have been a patient of Dr. Kruse for about 5 years and he has been nothing short of EXCELLENT. I always recommend Dr. Kruse to friends and family because of his professionalism and great character. He is always trying to understanding root causes of your problems and not just subdue them with a quick fix.

He's absolutely the best! We have been with him for 12 yrs, and our 3 children love him, as do we. He truly cares & is always there when we need anything.

Dr. Kruse was recommended to me several years ago by a friend and I would not hesitate to recommend him to another. He listens, is patient and ensures that he knows what is going on with me. The office staff at his office are also very friendly and helpful.

After over 8 years of using this doctor as my primary physician, I have seen a serious decline in patient care and overall attitude. Dealing with the office staff has become an extremely negative experience. The entire facility has become more about making money than patient care. First, you have to deal with nasty comments about the meds you are on from the staff and then a lecture. (Walk a mile in my shoes)! I am 59 years old with chronic health problems and there is a serious lack of compassion all around. I was made to feel like a lab rat.. I resent being treated as a child and feel as if I were being judged. All they want to do is order expensive tests and make use of their new Cadence network. Prescriptions are not filled in a timely manner and it is like "pulling teeth". After over 9 years of giving them my and my family's business-I am done. There are other md's out there and you should not have to deal with this (we are paying THEIR salaries!

Mr. Kruse was fine in the beginning and in fact finally paid closer attention to the patient's breathing/allergy issues - after 3 long years of returning to this location for the same related breathing issue. However, he did 'forgot' on one visit that he had already prescribed what he thought he was newly introducing to the patient. It was already a prescribed medication that he had prescribed - apparently he didn't check his 'records'. The patient kindly over looked that.However, since that time he has ceased returning calls to his patients in a dramatic way directly and places way too much power and control on his inept staffing - who ultimately progress into direct rude behavior - probably related to their frustration of his not returning his own patient calls - and then having to deal with the staff members talking over the patient instead of properly listening to the patient with an intelligent ear. It became an unnecessary dramatic problem when the patient recently needed… pre-op tests and Mr. Kruse was incapable of either writing a note to the surgeon for clearance, or placing orders for an EKG and one other needed test within the reasonable and timely basis provided prior to surgery. The orders finally came thru the DAY before surgery which was way too late for the patient's work schedule and for notification to the surgeon and the patient sadly ended up having to cancel the surgery within 24 hours in order to avoid potential costs which would incur in case the tests did not support surgery at that time. What a nightmare! This totally inconvenienced the patient, the patient's husband, the surgeon, the anesthesiologist and all other surgery related staff. Mr. Kruse's staff was also repeatedly demeaning to the patient over the phone while attempting to arrange for the necessary requirements - both directly to the patient and to the surgeon who needed the necessary information beforehand in order to proceed. The patient was also told by Kruse's staff that Mr. Kruse had talked directly with the surgeon, however, it eventually became known that was not the case at all, only his staff made the phone calls, and in a misdirected manner.It was a very simple request given in plenty of time prior to surgery, yet Mr. Kruse chose not to return any calls or respond directly in a timely manner. I find both the staff and Mr. Kruse very judgmental and extremely unprofessional for what is expected within the medical field toward patients and way out of line in their non-existent bedside manner. After this last episode of ineffectiveness, the patient and the patient's husband immediately sought another doctors group for future care. Overall, we have found our experience with this particular group absolutely exhausting and not worth our time or money - nor wise to continue placing our important health issues in their hands.We're 55+ - so for those in our age group? We recommend you find someone with more experience and with a serious mindset for individual patient care.We were patient for many years. No more.

Dr. Kruse is very caring and thorough with his care. He has been very quick in follow up when needed. I have a very complex and chronic medical issue and his bedside manner has been phenomenal during the duration of my illness. I know he is doing his most to try to medically help me.

Overall staff is very helpful, there are a few that need to work on their attitude especially with children and patients that need uregent care.
