Dr. Daniel Thomas Kuesis, MD

I had a total knee replacement peformed by Dr. Kuesis, on both knees, two years apart. I am so pleased with the outcome of both of the surgeries. I was able to go home the same day after both surgeries. My recovery was better than I expected on both. Minimal pain, and I was back to my normal actvity at 8 weeks post op, after completeing physical therapy. At two months post op I was able to walk unassisted in downtown Chicago. I logged 16K steps on my FitBit watch that day. It is now a little over 3 months post op and I am looking forward to riding my bike long distance soon. It is obvious that Dr. Kuesis knows what he's doing in knee replacement surgery and I recommend him highly.

I saw this guy once, the most obnoxious and rude Doctor I have ever met. He had the audacity to tell me tha I wasn't in the best of shape. When I got up off the table I looked him directly in the eye and said: "Listen here Chubby!"

I had anterior hip replacement surgery in November 2024. Surgery went great, therapy at Core went great, self-home therapy is going great, and I continue to have improvements all the time. Highly recommend Dr. Kuesis and Core Orthopedics.

Yes, He's definitely the rudest Dr. I've ever seen. WAY OVER BOOKS $$$ Doesn't listen and runs in and out as fast as he can. Heaven forbid you try and ask him a question!!! BTW, x-rays and MRI'S always. $$$

Very Excellent Doctor

Saw Dr. Keusis and the PA. Was over him after that. Gave me meds I couldn't take. Tried to give me more which I couldn't take too and pharmacy flagged it. Wouldn't listen to me. Found a new Dr who helped me more.

Had my hip replaced by Dr Kuesis... He put in 5 sizes too large and then modified to force fit it in the space... Now, all I have are issues.. and low and behold... he has no record of doing my surgery... good thing the hospital keeps records.... Look for someone who will do the job right...

I am so very grateful to Dr. Daniel Kuesis and his staff for the expert, kind and personalized attention given to me throughout pre-op, surgery and post-op with my hip replacement. I recently had my right knee replaced. It went fast and is progressing nicely. Dr. Kuesis and/or his assistant visited me everyday when I was in the hospital. I have been a patient for over 15 years.

I went to Dr. Kuesis on a recommendation from my GP. Found him very knowledgeable and informative. After surgery he visited me in the hospital and answered all of my concerns. Wasn't rushed and willing to talk. So far extremely pleased with outcome.
