Dr. Daniel Paul Kunz, DO

Appointment was a waste of time. He was in such a hurry, I couldn't even explain my concerns. He was unprepared and didn't read referral notes. I left with concerns not even heard or addressed. He ran out of the appointment as fast as he ran into it. Very disappointed.

I am a patient of Dr. Kunz and being treated for Rheumatoid arthritis, fibromyalgia, severe osteoporosis, Osteoarthritis and degenerative disc disease. I recently asked him for a reasonable accommodation to be able to park in the lot near my apartment building so as not to have to walk a half mile to the other lot especially in the winter months. This was not a handicap accommodation just a reasonable accommodation to be able to park in the lot at my building. So I was told that my medical conditions were not severe enough for him to allow me this accommodation. Needless to say I am extremely upset by this as I am trying to avoid severe injury that may happen when the bad weather arrives. I am trying my best to adhere to my treatment plan but do not see any help coming from his end to help me out with this.

I couldn’t find a rheumatologist accepting new patients in my community so traveled an hour to reach Dr. Kunz. It was well worth the trip. He was extremely knowledgeable, listened attentively, took his time, and was friendly. I don’t need to return but would do so in the future if my situation changes.

Two years ago I was diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis and did not like the doctor that I had been sent to via my primary care. I searched for “best Rheumatologist in NH” and Dr. Kunz’s name came up. I called to make an appointment but there was about a 7 week wait at that time, busy doctors are great doctors. Dr. Kunz is one of those rare doctors that truly is patient focused. He’s kind, unassuming, and very knowledgeable. He talks with patients, not at them. I feel extremely fortunate to have found Dr. Kunz.

Always running late. Lots of fishing expeditions--no definitive answers. Cookie cutter responses with a smile.

Dr. Kunz and his staff are absolutely fantastic! I drive an hour from Maine to see him and it is totally worth it. He is kind, empathetic, and never makes you feel rushed. He is decisive and knowledgeable and listens to your concerns. His staff are efficient, friendly, and very kind.

Dr. Kunz is patient, listens, and leaves time for questions. He takes the time to explain medications and current treatment methods, and was even nice enough to answer both my husband and my extensive questions and concerns. We left the office feeling relieved that we found a doctor that seems to really want to figure out what was going on. He also is very timely about calling back if I have a question for him.

Dr. Kunz is the best doctor I've ever had the pleasure of knowing. He is very easy to talk to and he genuinely cares about his patients. He has researched tests and medications that would identify and help my rheumatoid arthritis. I have suggested friends, family and acquaintances to see him for their arthritic issues. His office staff is kind and courteous.

Doctor Kunz is a wonderful doctor who goes the extra mile to make the most accurate diagnosis and work with you on the patient plan. He takes time to listen and to answer all questions. I've never felt rushed while at his office. I am so happy that he is my doctor and I've recommended him to family and friends.

I found Dr. Kunz not only interested in what I had to say and my concerns, but also I left quite confident that he was well aware of current treatment options and that he was aggressive (in a good way) in determination of controlling my disease.
