Dr. Daniel Philip Murray, MD

Daniel Murray, M.D., is a board eligible, fellowship-trained orthopedic surgeon who specializes in foot and ankle surgery. He recently joined the highly regarded practice, Orthopedic Specialists of New Jersey. This practice is affiliated with Hackensack University Medical Center, which is nationally ranked in orthopedics by U.S. News & World Report. 

Dr. Murray utilizes non-surgical treatment options whenever possible. In additional to traditional surgery, he has extensive training in minimally invasive surgical techniques which allow for smaller incisions, less scarring and faster postoperative recovery. His goal is to educate patients on every treatment option, working to create a personalized plan that aligns with their lifestyle and individual goals.  

Dr. Murray is dedicated to ongoing foot and ankle research and has authored numerous publications, abstracts, and lead several poster and podium presentations. He is a member of the American Orthopaedic Foot & Ankle Society …and works as a peer reviewer for the scholarly journals Foot & Ankle International and Foot & Ankle Orthopaedics.
