Appointment got canceled few minutes before the actual time when patient has already left home and driving in traffic; no notice ahead of time only a call at home when patient was on the road; where has courtesy gone?

In 2015 I had stopped eating. I just couldn't eat anything. I went into INOVA Alexandria Hospital and he said that I needed my Colon removed to save my life. He did that and he also did a reconstruction and a reversal so I no longer needed a pouch. His work is very professional and his technique is extremely well done. Dr. Otchy saved my life.

Dr. Otchy really helped me with my hemorrhoids; I underwent a banding procedure and it was a success. His nurse and front desk staff are friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. I highly recommend~

My husband had a botch surgery elsewhere and then found Dr Otchy who fixed the issue with no problem. I wish we had found him prior to the origianal surgery. Great office.
