Daniel R. Rincon

I am physical therapist practicing orthopedic physical therapy and specialize in chronic pain management and dry needling.I grew up in the snowy mountains of Colorado but have come to love the desert and Southern Utah. I graduated from Brigham Young University in Provo with a degree in Exercise Science, and from University of Nevada Las Vegas with my doctorate in physical therapy in 2016. I found dry needling so valuable as an intervention for myofascial pain that I became certified and have seen great progress with patients in the years I've been performing it. I also have developed a passion for treating patients with complex chronic pain, helping patients better understand their pain so they can manage it more effectively and independently. I currently work with other therapists across the Intermountain region to standardize and improve care for patients with chronic pain.

Outside of work, I am a big foodie and love to try new, really good food. I also love to draw, listen to …history podcasts, and spend time with my family.
