Dr. Kendall Grose, DO

Dr. Grose was referred to me by a friend. I have been to several other pain doctors. He finally was able to help me. Not just putting a bandage on my problem but addressing and giving me the proper attention injections. Very personable and spent a lot of time with me.

I waited 1 hour and 20 min. After a long wait a clearly frustrated MA, Olivia, whom I have never met, doesn't say a word other than my name. Clearly She was mad about something. I tried to be nice to her and She brushed me off. She barked out orders that I needed to do a drug test. but it was the WAY She spoke to me, Like Garbage. She waited outside the bathroom door, She made me feel so uncomfortable, I just could not go. So without asking my consent, She says. "I will Oral Swab you." with little explanation She came at me with a stick to put in my mouth. Because She was so abrupt, I grabbed her hand to stop her from jamming it in my mouth. Her eyes widened and She yelled "No! I Got to DO it!" I LOST it! I Started yelling expletives at her. I am a Survivor, a Veteran and I have PTSD. She Triggered My PTSD and the other MA Cory comes n the room. She backs up the first MA saying. "She WASN'T RUDE to you!!!" I couldn't breathe so I had to get out of the room to get some… Air. Olivia then, Cancels My Appointment. I went to the front desk to get a supervisor. I waited another hour only to fill out a complaint and Never speak to her Manager. I will Say Sarah at the front Desk was Professional and Couteous but I never got to see Dr. Grose due to his Rude MA's.

I finally found a doctor that can actually help me!! I seriously praise him!!

The two times I saw Doctor Grose, I thought he was fantastic, ...then my "care" got dumped onto his p.a...His p.a. Andrew Ward is completely uninvolved..He manages pain pills, not pain. He scarcely even looks up from the clicking on his lap top. He didn't even examine me. After being on narcotics for over a year he tells me that this is not how my type of pain is managed, that I should be using ice...ICE...for everything from my back to my ankles. They do not take into account that you develop a medical tolerance to pain meds and their pain contract is designed in a way that prevents you from having an honest discussion about the effectiveness of your pain management.. You don't dare to say that something isn't working because you will be dumped with no weaning dose. My prescription was changed twice without even consulting with me. When i developed another acute condition and couldn't manage my pain on my current dose, I was villianized for violating my contract...for going to the ER… (AS I WAS INSTRUCTED TO DO BY THEIR M.A.)...and ultimately discharged for violating my pain contract. If you see this doctor, I would insist on seeing Dr. Grose at EVERY VISIT or you're going to get caught up in a sea of mis- managed pain and mis- communications between the m.a.s. Contracts are priority over patient care here.

His P.A is nothing but a bully and very unprofessional. You will be dealing with him most of the time. I am afraid of this man. He is so unprofessional and extremely arrogant! If you want to feel physically threatened and fear for your own safety I would pick another doctor to see until this jerk it replaced, because I am not the only one that has been treated like this from him. I am seek8ng an attorneys advice on what my righ5s are.

Although I had to wait 4 months to see him, because he was booked out 4 months, it was totally worth the wait. He's just the most amazing doctor! He spent 90 minutes with me on the first visit and not only is he so kind and so down to earth.... He really listens to you. Something most pain doctors DO NOT DO. he doesn't judge you, talk down to you, or make you feel like your less of a person for needing opioids . He gave me back my life after being homebound and bedridden for almost a year. And it's not just the opioids, he's also already on just my 4the visit done a procedure on my back that has also helped elevate my back pain.

Dr Grose is Caring and Competent Dr. I have received several back injections

I've been going to see him for awhile and he is a great guy! He takes time to talk to you about your problems and he listens to you. He doesn't rush you like most Drs do. One more thing he is trying to help me with my neck problems!! Over all he is great.I will make sure to let others know about him

The staff has no patients for people at their front desk. Pretty rude.
