I’m a doctors daughter and pretty persnicky. Dr Robbins is excellent. I’d travel from Vermont to Portland to get the best care from him any time.

Dr Robbins is a fantastic back surgeon. He suffers no fools and is totally honest. He will try to avoid surgery which is pretty amazing as most doctors can't wait to cut and cash in. I trust him and will travel to Portland from Vermont if I need further back surgery. He has many fans in Vermont and are crushed he is no longer here in Vermont.

Dr Robbins performed my back surgery for spondylolisthesis. I was back to my normal routine with ease. He was thorough with his explanations of what i needed to do to improve and get back to my normal routine with no side effects. I did as he said and was back to my normal routine at 6 weeks. After many years of living in pain from nerve pressure It was amazing to feel so good. I am now 8 months beyond my surgery and still feel great. I am back to running and working out. My fibula and tibea were shattered and twisted in every direction possible during a recent snowmobiling Needlessto say, a very challenging case. Dr Robbins not only thoroughly explained everything clearly, but with good humor and a calming bedside manor. My pain has been expertly managed and I believe minimal due the the way Dr robbins managed my tissues during surgury. It is now 2 1/2 days post op and so far so good. Dr. Robbins gave me my life back in2007 after years of sciatica pain

was recently in for back problems,trouble walking and leg numbness..after consultation with dr robbins and mri it was decided to operate.on my back area. i was very nervous to say the least.i felt very confident with dr robbins as he spent plenty of time discussing things and answering questions.we did the surgery and two weeks later i feel like i have my life back. no pains, no limping, and i feel good. the day after the surgery dr robbins was there at 730am to get me discharged . he was very good about explaining things of what to do and not to do.very good job by his whole staff and the staff at the hospital. thanks again

I was extremely uncomfortable with Dr Robbins when I met him as he put down and trash talked other physicians who I know to be excellent. I won't be seeing him for any care!

Dr. Robbins performed two back surgeries on me, both of which were a total success. He was very kind and understanding when it came to the amount of pain I was in during my acute episode. I would highly recommend him, even to my mother. He did come in my room the morning following the surgery, and asked if I was ready to go home. I wanted to stay in bed, that lasted all of 1 minute and he had me up and moving around without pain or discomfort.
