On my first visit Dr Ross spent more time with me than my other doctor spent with me in 2 years worth of visits. Very impressed!

took time to listen to my concerns as a new patient. Was ready for my appointment. He also has early morning hours, which is great for people who work during the week. Highly recommended

My husband and I established care with Dr Ross a couple of months ago and we decided to have our whole family seen by one provider. Today was our first well-child visit with our twin toddlers who we switched from a pediatrician. I can't begin to explain the amazing feeling I get from having a doctor who takes interest in creating a cohesive healthcare "team" with a patient and not simply ask a couple generic questions, diagnose, and treat. We have an alternate vaccination schedule and have consciously made our decisions as well educated parents. We have NEVER been supported this way by any doctors we've ever seen, but those doctors never bothered to ask any questions. I have never felt so comfortable voicing alternative ideas with our doctor, without judgements. We left our children's appointments feeling well cared for and empowered. THIS IS HOW OUR HEALTHCARE SYSTEM SHOULD OPERATE. If you don't have a doctor who LISTENS and is willing to be a team mate in your life, get yourself one!

I saw Dr. Ross for the first time yesterday and couldn't be more pleased with the care I received. I had seen another doctor 3 days prior, who simply claimed I had the flu, but when my symptoms worsened I decided to see another doctor. Dr. Ross listened very carefully to EVERYTHING that I said and did not minimize my symptoms. He asked a lot of questions and in the end ordered blood work and a urine sample. He told me that he didn't exactly know what we were dealing with, but he wanted to find out. Although he had patients before and after me, I never felt that he was in a hurry to be "done" with me. I left the office feeling heard, cared for, and in very good hands. The following day he personally called me after hours to explain the blood work results and next steps necessary to confirm what he thinks is going on. I will continue with Dr. Ross as we see this through, and highly recommend him to anyone seeking medical care.

Doctor Ross has a very calming nature to him. He asked me several questions that Medicare needed to know and asked me several questions he thought were important to my health care. He did a thorough examination. He was very professional and I would recommend him to anyone looking for a good family practitioner.

Treats you like a real, actual human being/patient who matters-cares, listens, very thorough, polite, kind, down-to-earth. (Not intimidating, brush-off, or rushy-rush-like some MDs.) Takes important/necessary time with you to both value and evaluate your health issues. When you leave his office, you feel like you are in good hands-with a very professional doctor who has genuinely helped you. 5-Star. Staff is also super nice! Thank you!!!
