dr royal told me that the stem cell treatment would heal my cfs and give me back my life. not true , it did nothing and I am now in debt for ten thousand dollars. I came home and was still sick. I did find a dr in Chicago who put me on a seven week detox program . He knew that I had been exposed to heavy pesticides. I am now getting better with that and myers cocktails. I am so angry because it will take me three years to pay off the bill to dr royal. I wish that I had died when this happened to me. I do not have a life and hope that I can continue to buy some of the supplements that I need. be very careful with these high end doctors. he knows nothing about cfs

This pertains to my sister Lillian Arzivian. Dr Monica Wall is her PCP. My sister niwcus in amemory Care clinic probably because she was told by Dr to go off her blood pressure medication. I want done some of prevention to other patients if this is how he operates. The below is confirmed by her friend that was taking care of her and Dr wall. I confirmed by talking directly to Dr. Royal that he took Lillian off her blood pressure medications sometime Nov./Dec. He said that Lillian didn’t need them. He said he was trying to treat her naturally and trying to teach her to relax. I explained that her blood pressure was extremely high and that is why Dr. Wall had put her on the medication. He said he disagreed, that she was fine. I also told him about how she has been confused for a long while and that in the last 3-4 months that it has gotten much worse. He told me that he disagreed with me, that he has never seen Lillian confused. Margo, when Lillian has an appointment with him… it’s normally in the morning after she has been resting all night and BEFORE she is tired in the afternoon and doing what’s called “sun downing”, meaning that she becomes very confused due to being tired or from stress. He told me that Lillian had told him that both of us wanted her to move with you. He told her that she didn’t have any problems and she should not listen to us. I told Dr. Wall what he said yesterday about taking her off her blood pressure medications and she was very upset. She said that it was starting to make sense to her. She told me that Lillian had told her that she was taking her medication, when she actually wasn’t and that what Dr. Royal did was very dangerous. She is now concerned that with Lillian’s high blood pressure and not taking her meds that she might have been having little “sparks” or mini strokes during this whole time. She said that would account for the confusion and also might explain why she ran her car into the garage and condo. What Dr. Royal did might have caused some permanent damage. Dr. Wall said that she couldn’t do anything about Dr. Royal except to tell the hospital that he wasn’t allowed to visit or be near Lillian. Dr. Royal does not have privileges at any of the hospitals in the valley. Because of this he is not allowed to see patients at the hospitals. The hospital staff has been told if he shows up at the hospital he is to be told to leave and removed if necessary. Dr. Wall also told Lillian that she is not to see Dr. Royal again. She explained what she thought was happening to Lillian, but by the time she arrived at the hospital to see Lillian, it was almost 6p.m. and Lillian was very confused and really sun downing. I don’t know if Lillian understood or comprehended anything that Dr. Wall said to her regarding Dr. Royal or what she thought might have happened medically to Lillian from not taking her blood pressure medicine. Dr. Wall told me that we could go after Dr. Royal; however even though I know we should, at this point are efforts and time needs to be focused on helping Lillian and getting the condo/car mess fixed. Dr. Wall is having a psychotherapist evaluate Lillian today, along with other people. Sorry there was a lot going on with Lillian at the time so I didn’t get all the peoples’ profession she is going to see. Because of the sun downing Lillian didn’t realize that she had to go to the bathroom and soiled herself, which I had to help her cleanup. Thankfully I remembered that last time in the hospital and had brought her lots of clean underwear and some pajama pants. I’m going to have to go get more pants today for her, since I only brought one pair. Because of the IV she can’t put on her normal gowns, she can only wear the hospital gowns, but she is cold so she also needs pants to stay warm. After talking extensively to Dr. Wall yesterday, I realized something – she really is a good doctor that also cares about Lillian. The problem has been Lillian. Lillian is telling Dr. Wall that she is following her instructions and taking medications that she is not doing. Then she is going to Dr. Royal, who is doing things that neither he nor Lillian is telling Dr. Wall. Dr. Wall can’t do her job correctly if Lillian is deceiving her by not following instructions and lying about taking her medications. Dr. Royal has been the problem all along and he should lose his medical license. Because of him Lillian may suffer permanent damage. It may well be that because of what Dr. Royal has been doing with Lillian’s healthcare that she is now to the point where she can’t live on her own. Lillian is now to the point where someone MUST control her medications and making sure she takes what she is supposed to take, not what Lillian decides to take.

Excellent Doctor

Nice enough person, BUT, your time with him consists of a few questions and him writing a book on his PC, while you sit in silence and watch. I'm guessing the average time watching averaged 10-15 minutes each office visit. In my experience, he has the nurses tell you his findings and solutions, instead of himself, where you could ask questions or offer input. I felt there was little communication between Dr and staff. As far as treatment goes, I went 3 times and was sold his 'special' pills and offered many expensive treatments, all without in depth explanations. I received the impression he doesn't feel 'comfortable in his own skin', thereby making me uncomfortable. IMO

He is not a caring doctor. My care was very poor.

Office is disorganized. Doctor is not very friendly.
