I totally liked the Doctor... The testing for the Sleep Study was awesome. Great Doctor, Great Staff, especially when doing the sleep study!

I have been seeing Dr. Smith for years. His office is extremely efficient and Dr. Smith is always a pleasure to see. He is thorough and patient when answering my health questions.

Would recommend Dr. Smith to anyone!

Dr. Smith is a awesome Dr. He just makes the experience of coming to the Dr wonderful. He is a very down to earth person that treats you like family. Other Dr i have seen act like the are too good to offer their time because they have MD by their name. He almost always runs on time so defiantly no complaints there. I spend 2 hours at any other doctors office. His staff always follows through, never once had an issue. I have been seeing Dr. Smith for many years, I wish I could see him for all my medical needs. Very highly recommend.

This review is on the office it's self. Not Dr. Smith. Dr. Smith is a good Dr. however he does have idiots in office that cannot manage a business. I was scheduled for a sleep study, I get a call the day before from Jelica the office manager. Saying they needed to cancel my sleep study because they didn't get the authorization from my insurance. I had my wife call the insurance who in turn tells us that they never received the authorization from the office. The office admitted they had failed in sending the request when approached about the issue. All the office had to do was send the authorization to be signed my insurance. I have been waiting two months for this sleep study and I desperately need to have this done. Asked to speak to the Dr. But he was out of country. So it appears to be a combination of him being out of the country and them failing for two months to get the authorization done. What a joke. Dr. Smith you need to hire new office staff that can do their jobs. I will… be going to a different office.

Great doctor. Very personable. Great bedside manner.
