I hated Dr stockley growing up, he suggested that my dad have full custody. Separating a young girl from her mom was very difficult, however looking back, he made the right decision. My mom gone crazy and I'm glad I wasn't around witness it. A stable home is the most important thing a child needs. Thank you Dad for providing us with one.

Awful man. Do not choose him for the custody evaluations. Unprofessional and bias. He will charge you extra at the end of the process and you will be forced to pay. Awful experience

Stockley sided more with the abusive ex and step mom. He spends your time answering phone calls and what feels like made up as he goes questions. If you try to explain what's going on he won't listen or care and his reporting shows it. My child is in therapy over him being wrong about custody. I told him what would happen. Don't trust him

As a mother you want the best for your child and we feel he gave an appropriate and accurate report.

Dr stockley is a great psychologist. I have seen him for therapy for years and truly feel i am getting better

A family member went to Dr. Stockley for a while and had nothing but good things to say. He seems impartial. Would recommend.

Dr. Stockely is a custody evaluation expert but showed characteristics of unprofessional bias court room hack. He was apt to be attentive to his phone during sessions and looked to place barriers in the way of test and undue stress. He was never completely available to the fact of the case and no due diligence when exposed to the first-hand accounts. He rested on his morals but lacked ethical standards to be unbiased in the wake of new information. He is star struck by credentials and politely disregards those that don’t have them. His report portrayed an inept response to reality and never sees individual cases as unique. His test, while unnecessary, are not able to be reliable, not able to be used for a diagnosis, and not profitable except to the company that charges for them to be admitted by his facility. If one party has unsubstantiated claims, he will put them into his report. If he wrote in the report a conclusion, he will testify differently.

DO NOT USE THIS GUY FOR CUSTODY EVALUATIONS!!! He will absolutely side with the Dad every time!!! He left out every negative thing the DAD and step-mom has done(even with evidence). His MMPI testing was also complete garbage!! I went to another Dr and had second MMPI done and the results were completely different. Dr Stockley is either completely bias, or severely incompetent.

I saw him for custody evaluation when my son was three years old. He took a very negative attitude with me from the start and said there were too many women and not enough men in my family for my son to grow up around. He ended up favoring my abusive ex-husband over me, as the best guardian for my son.
