Called one of the locations and the lady that picked up as very rude. Laughed at the start of the call after I was calling on behalf of someone and ended the call abruptly saying this was not the place, even though I got referred here.

This has been a really awful experience. I got preapproved for treatments, was told it was going to be one price and then it was 4 times as much. I reached out to billing multiple times for months never getting a return call trying to understand the balance, charges and coverage. Calls never returned, nothing. Then when I arrived for my next appointment, vital treatment was withheld as I would not pay a balance without understanding the bill and speaking to someone even though I offered to pay for that day’s costs in full. I don’t know if their billing person is out to lunch or what but this is not how my experience has been with professional medical offices.

I went to him 20 yrs ago when I first found out I had dystonia. When i moved I tried other doctors but it wasn't the same.

I have been seeing Dr. Truong for the past 15 years for my Dystonia. Dr. Truong is by far the best in his field. When I found myself suddenly without Insurance Dr. Truong continued to treat me for 2 years, asking for nothing in return. He is the best in his field and his caring and compassion for his patients is unsurpassed.

Dr. Truong's care and treatment of my wife's dystonia has been life changing for the better.

I have a vocal cord disorder which means in order to talk normally I need Botox shots to the vocal cords. Right after I had my first visit with him, I could talk without straining my voice. I moved out of the state and used another doctor but didn't get the same results. Dr Truong was a miracle worker for me.

I have been going to Dr. Truong quarterly since 2009 for Botox injections to my hands to treat my Focal Dystonia. He's always been knowledgeable and caring I his approach. I recommend him for your treatment.

Dr. Truong is the "Top Dog" in his field. I have been seeing Dr. Truong for 16 years! He knows more about Movement Disorders and Parkinsons Disease than anyone. He studies, lectures and teaches all over the world. I am very grateful to Dr. Truong. I would recommend him to anyone that needs a Neurological diagnosis and Dr. 5 stars!

Dr. Truong is my third neurologist since being diagnosed with Parkinson's Disease in 2008. I am more than satisfied with his professional credentials. He is willing to listen to issues my wife and I bring up; he readily explains his position; and applies the appropriate medication as my symptoms dictate. I find him beyond bright and he has never talked down to me.

3 in ease of appointment is entirely based on initial exam. Dr. Truong is very sought after and I understand the weight to get in can be long. Other than this Dr. Truong is all you would put into an ideal doctor. I guess that is why it is hard to get in.
