I went in for a regular visit today to have my ears cleaned, but I am also under the weather with drainage and chest congestion.... He treated my ears and my nasty chest funk, which saved me time and energy for going back to a walk in clinic. He is super nice and caring!! Highly recommend.

Awful experience! I called to get clarification on part of the surgery procedure I was scheduled to have. I needed to know if he was going to do something I specifically wanted taken care of. His answer was dependent on whether or not I went forward with things. I let them know my mom needed to book a flight so she could come help me and flights were getting expensive since my surgery was 3 weeks away. I called several times and every time the nurse called me back I was told he was in surgery or with patients. It has been a week and now flights are too expensive for her to come. I don't know anyone else here to take me to surgery. The nurse had an attitude and was very flippant about keeping me as a patient. She didn't seem to care either way. She also had an attitude when scheduling surgery and acted like it was a big inconvenience to her when I wanted to switch to Williamson Medical Center. I'm very disappointed because Dr. Viner was great when I saw him in person. Very personable… and thorough in going over information. I felt the most comfortable with him and like he would do the best job. However, if this is his typical response time with things that need a quick answer then I'm definitely going somewhere else!

I had a chronic sinus infection for about 2 years. I had seen other ENTs for about half a year, but it was still not cured. I was prescribed many antibiotics, but none of them worked. Finally, one of the doctors recommended that I undergo surgery. I didn't want to undergo surgery, so I found Dr. Viner. He looked over my CT results and examined my nose. He said that I didn't need surgery and made a treatment plan for me. I followed it carefully and have had great results. My sinusitis has been completely cured, and I am so lucky to have found Dr. Viner. What a wonderful thing to have a knowledgeable doctor who actually cares about my well-being and takes the time to explain his thinking. I strongly feel that Dr. Viner is the ideal ENT doctor. He genuinely cares, he is professional and he makes an investment in the health and well being of his patients. I highly recommend Dr. Viner to friends in the community who are still searching for a ENT/treatment/quality care.

I'm a physician. My mother-in-law saw him recently and she had great things to say about his care. Very professional with a fabulous bedside manner she says. And, she didn't tell him she was related to me until the visit was over. He always does a great job.

I would give Dr Viner 10 stars if I could.I was involved in a auto wreck back in the mid 90s and my seat belt did not keep me from hitting the steering wheel. I was taken to the ER in Lebanon and a physician with limited English wanted to suture my nose break on the exterior of my nose. I got an ambulance and was taken to Donelson hospital only to be seen by physician that forgot I was even there and left and went home. FYI I was on the table in the ER. All he did was lift my nose and pack it. I was constantly have ENT issues and taking a lot of antibiotics. I found Dr Viner and he immediately had me in Surgery. This was mid Summer of 2011. I haven’t had an anabiotic since. Thank you so much Dr. Viner.

He's an awesome Doctor! He did a great job on my daughter's adenoids. Great bedside manner and explains everything. Will go back to him as needed!

Feel so lucky to have found Dr. Viner and his fantastic staff. They have been a huge help to me during a tough transition to Nashville's climate and allergens. Feel grateful and hopeful again. He is a fabulous doctor.
