wow, 3.1 is pretty sad. I tried to submit this once already. The girls at the desk seem nice. The person in charge of guiding you to complete a form, not so much nice. I lost 800$ following the girl's advice and was told "no" to get reimbursed. Be careful!!

LONG wait time. Doctor was rude. Did some tests and referred me to yet another specialist. Meanwhile I’m suffering. I have bronchiectasis and an immune disease. What a waste of energy and time.

Norma who answers tge phone for Dr Wagna was incredibly rude. A man got on tge phone after defending rude Norma and he was rude as well. Quit your job if you cant be nice.

I was seen for a horrible rash was still having problems with hives. I had been to 2 Dermatologist and put on a number of creams and medications. Dr. Waggoner spent time explaining what hives were and finding out the the things that made it worse. After having months of problems he helped make it go away!

Good diagnostician. Fine allergist. Young and knowledgeable. Establishing some eye contact with the patient would be nice. Needs to warm up a bit and not engage so much with his computer screen. However, most physicians are guilty of the same thing these days. I would recommend Dr. Waggoner.

I can't say a I get a warm, fuzzy feeling from this office. However, my daughter's allergy and asthma conditions have definitely improved considerably since she has been under Dr. Waggoner's care, and that's what counts.

Saw this Dr. after experiencing a trip to ER. He totally misdiagnosed me after blood work and testing. Basically told me I was allergic to everything I put in my mouth that day!!! AND he was rude and uncaring. Told me to get a medic alert bracelet for aspirin also. Went for 2nd oppinion and it turned out EVERYTHING Dr. Waggoner told me was Wrong!!!unbeleivable!!!!! I SENT HIM A LETTER TELLING HIM ALL THIS...WITH NO RESPONSE. Also took 3 visits to do what 2nd Dr. did in one and costs were 3 times more!!
