I received care from Dr. Whiting at Northern Rockies Orthopedics for a torn hip labrum caused from FAI. I was able to be seen in just a few weeks after referral. The office staff were very friendly and helpful. The surgery center was great! The nursing staff and anesthesiologist helped me to relax and answered ALL my questions. Dr Whiting and staff made a surgery with serious recovery time go smoothly. I loved that they made my PT appts for me and it was at Northern Rockies as well. One stop shop :) I’m so grateful that I can start getting back to activities I love and do so with minimal discomfort. HIGHLY recommend Dr. Whiting

I was referred to Dr. Whiting for an assessment of hip pain. Fortunately, I do not need hip replacement(s), but Dr. Whiting and staff, including Kitty and Andi, have been so helpful. I'm being treated in non-surgical ways, including injections and physical therapy, both of which are extremely helpful. Dr. Whiting, Kitty, and Andi are all excellent communicators, and they listen carefully. They've answered my questions thoughtfully and thoroughly. I was already inclined to like this practice; my partner had a full hip replacement done by Dr. Whiting two years ago, with a wonderful outcome. My own experience in Dr. Whiting's care only strengthens my already positive view. I appreciate the integrated approach with Northern Rockies Orthopaedics: my PT is fully integrated with medical/surgical care. (I've had other orthopedic surgeries at NRO and have reviewed them on Google.)

Dr. Whiting was great. He took the time and answered all my questions.

Dr Whiting just replaced my right knee, he has replaced both of my hips and my left knee, all with great results. He is hands down the best. His staff is second to none! I would recommend him to everyone I know!!

I visited northern Rockies orthopedic on Thursday August 21 2025. Regarding a hip replacement. Receptionist was very nice and informative, staff is all wonderful, Doctor Whiteing is amazing, he did my left hip, healed fast , not a bit of problems, now he will be doing my right hip..,I would recommend this place and Dr Whiteing to anyone.. Dr Whiting surgical expertise was to my benefit. I am so happy with my recovery. I would not hesitate to recommend. I always feel well heard and taken care of during my visits.
