Dr. Daniela Adina Capota, MD

Myself and my family have been patients for years. The doctor has issues with her staff, knows it and does nothing about it. The major issue is the refusal to return calls. A few weeks ago her office major Christie was nasty, insulting and rude to me on a billing issue. This caused me to suffer from severe chest pains. I called Dr Capota's office to seek out help and instead Christy hung up on me and Dr Capota didnt return my call. To this day she doesnt know if Im alive or dead. This is just one example of maybe 30 episodes over the years. Myself and my family have done blood work and yet have not been able to get the results. We have run out of medicines and have not been able to get refills on a timely basis. Recently my insurance company no longer filled bystolic as a blood pressure medication. I needed a substitue. I left Capota a message with this Cristy and I still dont have a return call. This has put my life in danger. This is not isolated just to me. This is a conversation I… have with allot of current patients.
