Incredibly arrogant and insulting. Tried to express my concerns and she would not even listen to me. She is harmful and is doing a disservice to many kids. Save your time by avoiding Harbor altogether. She has no empathy but even worse she has zero clinical acumen. She is terrible at her job. She is ruining lives.

This practitioner is arrogant, rude and unwilling to listen to her patients. She makes up her mind on very few facts and bulldozes through appointments like she is the only one in the room. She does more harm than good. Avoid at all costs.

This woman should NOT be a dr. My daughter took my 22mo actually he was only 20mo when he was evaluated grandson to be evaluated for autism. He seen one guy for maybe 15min who interacted with him. Yes, he don’t talk, yes he don’t answer to his name. He does however interact with others, he makes eye contact, never has breakdowns, dont care if you take a toy away from him smiles, laughs and even the guy taking notes said” he’s in the spectrum but I would say he’s mildly autistic, low in the spectrum scale” when it came time for dr. Delong to go over everything with my daughter, she listed him as the highest level on the chart. She totally misconstrued all the answers, was mouthy with my daughter and insisted she was correct with her conclusion. She has never ever met my grandson knows nothing about him and you can’t blame it on the man who took notes about him because she gave the paper to my daughter and it said nothing on there of what she said. Yes, we knew he has autism but not… severe like she said. So now she has paperwork to give to her dr that shows her findings. I told my daughter once the therapists meet him they’ll know what to work with and see this dr was wrong with her diagnosis. Advice I would give to anyone thinking of going to harbor...don’t see her!!! Get a second opinion if you have seen her.

She didn’t want to listen, told me to close my binder of medical records. She already had her mind made up based off of records from over a year ago from another doctor that had seen my son in her office and had several things wrong in the notes. She told me the therapy I had been doing with my son and OT were would not have made him progress to where he is today and made me feel like I had wasted my time and all the hard work that I put in to get him to where he is today. She diagnosed him based on notes and never met him, gave my 3 year old a diagnosis of conduct disorder and anxiety and has never saw him a day in her life. She down talked a top rated hospital that I take my child to (nationwide) and their program, and also down talked the school psychologist who has a PhD not a psyD and far more medical school than this woman. Now my son has diagnosis’s in his chart that do not apply to him and she sweet talked my gullible husband into believing her. I had her read the DSM 5… descriptions for the diagnosis she gave my son and they do not match, she just continued to talk over me and did not want to hear me out. Disgusting, will never take my son to harbor services again. If you want a thorough evaluation there is a reason why the waiting list is so long at Nationwide Childrens, they do an extensive evaluation and all of the doctors actually sit down with your child and record them playing!

I would choose this Dr. again.
