I miss my doctor soo much!she is the best doc ever! I was so stressed when she left Buffalo and I had to find a new doc !

Three hour wait time AFTER scheduled time. Doctor doesn’t pay attention to the patients concerns. Nurse rude. Receptionist rude. Awful office. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

I was very pleased with the amount of time and attention I was given. She seems to be very smart but has a great bed-side manner, too. (Which seems impossible to find these days).

Dr Kwakye-Berko was very thorough and listens to patients...gives you time for a very good physical.

What a horrible person! So condescending. Would not refer my worst enemy to this sorry excuse for a physician. And I'm an MD so I know what I'm talking about!

Unable to get an appointment to follow up on ER visit for 3 weeks. Had taken off medications at previous visit: but was not aware of the change. Put on 4 new Rx: but they were written incorrectly. Was very arrogant when asked questions about medications and problems I am having.

Lousy staff. Receptionist and nurse ruds. Left the practice after repeated issues. Even complained the nurse's supervisor. She ignored phone calls, gave me a hard time about referrals, and refused to assist me with an appeal for a specialist with experience in my disorder.
