Dr. Danielle Kathleen Moul, MD

Terrible bedside manner. I waited over an hour to see her. She spoke outside the rooms as if her patients couldn’t hear her. She walked into the room and when I asked questions she said she didn’t have time to answer my questions and I would need to schedule another appointment. When she finally noticed I was in scrubs and in the industry she tried asking me questions. I was already upset and told her I didn’t care to answer her questions after her response. She likes to separate procedures to make more money which I also called her out on. Her responses to my questions were more than offensive. It it wasn’t for the office manager I would never go back but I will be seeing another physician at another location.

I have had three mohs surgeries by Dr. Moul. Her skills are excellent. The surgeries on my face are almost undetectable after a year. My most recent surgery was on my scalp and Dr. Moul explained the process thoroughly. She was kind and helpful with all my questions.

Am so happy and pleased with professional care and services provided by Dr.Moul and her staff. Excellent surgeon ...will continue to recommend her professional services and care!

Saw Dr Moul in Queen Creek AZ, at Skin Cancer Center of Arizona. This is my 5th or so Mohs procedure, first in Arizona. Dr Moul was unfriendly and did not explain what the plan was. After the final "swipe" she stood in the doorway, (which my back was facing) and said "Cancer Free". Did not even walk in the room or around to the chair. Her assistance (nurse??) was rude and condensending when speaking. Knowing that this is not routine for the patients I expected more of an explanation and personable. It felt like she was just going down the line patient to patient. Would not recommend at all.

I have had 2 cancers removed on my face by Dr. Moul, one requiring considerable plastic surgery, and am scheduled for another one. She did an excellent job. Also was friendly and "put me at ease". I am an elderly male and would recommend her to any of my friends with similar problems.

She helped with something that no other doctor had been able to do. But she has moved offices and I don't know how to find her.

Perhaps she was having a bad day, but her bedside manner was terrible. I have a scar through my lip to my nose from the mohs surgery and the lip edge is not straight. Not only that, but she made me wait for over an hour in the room during my follow-up visit. I finally got up to go when she walked in. Not much of an apology. Needless to say I will not return to her.

I had a very pleasant office visit and trust her.

She is so nice & caring. I would refer anyone to her.

I liked the office staff and my appointments were on-time. Dr. Moul was kind, professional and performed multiple scalp sugeries for me. I would and have referred family and friends.
