Dr. Danielle Shelton, MD

If I could give Dr. Shelton 0 stars I would. Her incompetent handling of my fairly simple medical issues caused me to suffer. It appears she only knows and understand basic colds, for everything else she'll send you to the ER and pass the buck. And her endless excuses are unacceptable. EXTREMELY disappointed! Find someone else, look for a skilled physician for you and your loved ones!!!!

My first visit was canceled and rescheduled. Currently trying to get in contact with dr Shelton for a prescription refill for a week now after she sent me for bloodwork. Didn’t even call me to tell me my results came back. Nurse left multiple messages for her and still no contact. Literally calling the office twice a day and still no contact from her.

My first visit was rather straightforward as there was a lot to cover. I've seen her for over a year now and find she spends plenty of time to understand my health changes. I would highly recommend her.

Three years ago I had an annual appointment with this doctor. Upon arrival I was told by her extremely inept office staff that I had the wrong date. I knew I didn’t but went ahead and rescheduled anyway. Last year I arrived for my annual exam and was told that I was scheduled for a “follow-up” visit. Follow up for what I had no clue. However, I went ahead and accepted the appointment as is even though it was not a complete physical. I made an appointment recently between annual checkups and arrived at my 12:30 appointment on time. I was called up to the window and told that my appointment was for 12:30. I asked what time it was, totally confused. The staff responded that it was 12:45. I told them I was there at 12:30. After being told to go ahead and sit down again, I was again called up to the window and told I would have to reschedule. At this point I just left the office. The office staff is less than incompetent, unhelpful and unfriendly. In today’s world, this kind of service… is unacceptable. I do not recommend this practice at all.

Listens to the patient's concerns and works with the patient to provide appropriate medication. Very professional
