Waited an hour and a half in the exam room for a scheduled appointment. What was supposed to happen for this appointment did not take place. A wasted day and a waste of time all for naught. Will go elsewhere.

I have seen her 3 times for a procedure. She was very caring and answered my questions. She did not end consultation til I was ha pot with everything. She expls ones that the procedure I was ha going may last longer, but woukd need it a couple of times. And I have had it and each time the treatment lasted longer between. I have not been able to go back because we do not hgsve insurance. But, as soon as I can I will go ba co to her

Went to her for help. She was rude, and the only thing she wants to do to people with chronic pain is to give injections. Had injections before and they did not work. She did not care .She said injections would take away all the pain. WRONG! She will not help you .WASTE OF TIME!!!

Not once told me she saw my mri. Not once did she care to listen to me. I even asked her if there were certain things I shouldn't do. She didn't know. After refusing the meds she offered.. She insisted I take them. Never mentioned anything on my mri either. Just said she saw I was having some lower back pain...

I am disabled and in a wheelchair. Was at a appointment with Her. While in the waiting room I had a seizure, her nurses took me to the ER downstairs. The ER nurse said she had to argue with them because they wanted to terminate me as a patient due to missing my appointment. I went to see her as soon as they released me, I waited for a hour. I left after appointment and went down to Laboratory to give urine sample for her but waiting room was full and 5 people standing. I left and went home in freezing weather in my wheelchair (I use a Handicap Ride Service)due to missing my ride home. Went to Lab the next day and they wouldn't let me give the sample stating they had no order for it. I called the office, was told I had to wait till the following Thursday when she was in the office. I called then and was told I was no longer going to be able to get pain management medicine from her due to not giving urine sample. She is a nice Doctor as far as her bedside manner but I am shocked due to… her not considering situations. WOW I would not recommend Her to anyone.

If you are in pain find another doctor. She only wants to do epidural injections even when she knows its a useless procedure. She does not listen to her patients or other doctors. Her nursing staff is very rude.

The Dr, would not listen to what I had to say about what was going on with me. All she wanted to talk about was injections in places where there was no pain. When I return for other visits I felt like she was reading from someone else's chart. Many times she was talking about things that did not pertain to me. Then she would get mad when I would try and correct her!

I was not technically in her care, but since I had an emergency surgery that resulted in a pain med being prescribed and then months later asked my general doc to prescribe me with pain meds for one month before I got to see my pain mgmt doc (whom I had not seen for over six months, nor had I been receiving any meds from her), I was told I had breeched my contract and would not be allowed to get pain meds from her ever again. I was also treated like a drug addict, which was surprising because I have never given them cause to think that of me, I always took the drug tests and they always came back clean. Doctor basically told me tough luck, that I had breached it and there was nothing to be done and I could seek alternative treatments or find another doctor. Sadly, I guess I will be finding another doctor. What's worse is that she is actually quite sweet and very caring. Her staff, not so much - the nurse was actually quite rude to me about the whole situation.

I would not recommend you waste your time.

seen her at greencastle and had to wait three months to get in, once I finally seen her there was absolutely nothing done to help me with my pain, only some recommendations on getting some injections but needed to get MRI to see what was going on back there. Well its been three weeks since the MRI and have yet to hear back from them to go over report and move forward on getting some help with my pain. MRI showed impingement on my nerves due to bone overgrowth and there is not an injection out there to help with that. I guess I will continue to seek out a Dr that is willing to help me with my pain and get some kind of quality of life. (very displeased with this Dr)
