Dr Mark Scott is an very pleasant,empathetic, caring, wonderful person.

Dr Mark Scott is the best physician (of any kind) whom I have ever had. He is greatly, medically skilled and his reassuring demeanor and support have meant so much to me since I was diagnosed with a chronic illness.

This man will save your life if you get put into the ICU, but forget about a follow up. My wife and I have called the office at least 20 times and they will not schedule me for a appointment or follow up appointment and it has been a month. I scheduled another pulmonologist appointment With Doctor Chris Butlers office inside of 10 min and were absolutely astounded the doctor hasn’t gotten back to me. The front desk says they have “Left a message” but after a month of the same excuse that is hard to believe. Go see another pulmonologist if you need a follow up or are not dying. If you are a new patient, see another doctor. If you are curious whether or not to see this doctor, go see another doctor. Absolutely horrible service. You would think after being in a coma for over a week and in the ICU for over 3 weeks as a man in his early 20s the doctor would call YOU to follow up. After you are able to be wheeled out of the hospital his job is FINISHED. He already was paid, why care what… happens with the patient after being released? Absolutely ridiculous.

I had my first appointment with Dr. Scott today and he is truly one of the most compassionate and thorough doctors I have ever met. He did a comprehensive medical history review and related how one problem can exacerbate another. He helped alleviate my fear of taking medication another doctor prescribed. He explained how taking it for a longer period of time, than I was taking it, actually makes my particular respiratory issue more manageable. He designed a treatment plan, explained why he was prescribing certain medications and how they would treat my current medical problem. He checked to make sure the medications he prescribed would not cause adverse drug interactions with my current medication. He is a superstar in my book! Thank you Dr. Scott, for all you did today.
