I went to see Dr. Danielle Wicklow because I was having stomach and bowel issues but her office miscoded it as a "wellness" visit so Medicare wouldn't cover it. After repeated calls to them and their promises to look into the error, my bill remains uncorrected and has been sent to COLLECTIONS. Not to mention I couldn't get the tests she ordered done because they wouldn't have been covered either...

I love this doctor. She is very friendly, smart and most of all I love that she talks to me. I haven't had too many doctors talk to me. I would give her a 10 any day.

I met Dr Wicklow one time. Each time afterward I was shuffled to others and never allowed to see her again. I eventually gave up on them when after 39 days and over 6 requests I was u able to have my insulin refilled. Calls to supervisor and office manager usually ignored as well. After finally contacting the emergency number for Banner I’m Az I was able to get my prescription refilled but was on my way to a new doctor. A week later I get a letter from Dr Wicklow claiming she was dropping ME because I didn’t keep appointments. I guess filing false complaints against patients they only saw once protects them from gross malpractice complaints. ABSOLUTE WORST MEDICAL PRACTICE encountered in 60 years.

Love love love Dr Wicklow! Having seen how medical staff is these days it's hard to find someone who actually went into medicine to take care of people! Dr Wicklow is one of those people! She is so kind, and compassionate! She will listen to you and look at all aspects of your healthcare! She never makes you feel like you are a bother , or not worth the time! And her MA Erma, just as fantastic!
