I'm what you might consider an "older patient"...and I've seen just about every angle of the OB/GYN doctor's office. Dr. Lickness and his staff have been nothing but, kind and efficient in every facet of their service to me. Dr. Lickness has a gentle and professional approach to a very delicate, and sometimes embarrassing visit to his office. I can only imagine that sometimes this man comes to work with little or now sleep after having been up delivering babies all night. One might take that in to consideration when writing a review...

Dr Lickness is an amazing human being as week as a gifted and empathetic doctor. This is who you how your sons will emulate! I cannot say enough positive things about this man of great integrity. I highly recommend him! He made all difference in my situation. I have such gratitude abd affection for him, he truly lived what he believes, a rare thing. LOVE HIM!

I love that Danny Lickness, cares about you and your baby and will allow you to have as much of a natural delivery as you would like. He is always very kind and gentle when working with you.

Dr. Lickness delivered my baby on the tenth, and thanks to his diligence, attentiveness, bedside manner, knowledge and accommodating demeanor my son is as close to perfect as possible, and my delivery as optimal as it could have been. His office staff is friendly and efficient as was the hospital staff and or team. He is very experienced and through the duration of my pregnancy he could look at my belly and tell exactly where the heartbeat was going to be... He is a pro, and highly regarded in the slo medical community. Would definitely recommend!

Dr. Lickness delivered my baby. After delivery he wanted to get home but the placenta would not detach, so he pulled on the umbilical cord and pulled my uterus inside out. I almost bled to death. An "inverted uterus" rarely happens once in a doctor's career but it has happened to him numerous times. It took me months to recover from the blood loss and the pain was unbearable.

Dr. Lickness delivered all 3 of my children. But when I needed help, his partner on call refused to talk to me or to help m, and had me sent to the psyche ward without even talking to me! I asked Lickness to follow up on this. He said he would but never did. Later I asked him to pay part of the commitment bill of $1200; instead he declared his partner was correct and dropped me as a patient. He said if I sued him he would smear me. I am so disillusioned that I would never ever send anyone to him or his office ever! What a hypocrite!

I had both my babies two years apart both were c-sections. I work for a private practice myself and I understand what goes on from the other side. That being said my first experience I did feel that we were a little rushed at appts because he obviously is juggling a very busy practice with rounding on patients at two hospitals. He did make the effort to smile every time he came in the room and act like he was excited for me, which I am sure is exhausting by the end of the day. He did a wonderful job surgically with both of my babies deliveries and I recovered fast without complication. I think his practice is maybe a little to big for him because he sometimes seems like he has to be somewhere as soon as he walks in, but hey, HE DOES! obviously he is a good enough OB because the business is never slow.. He delivered my best friend and husband and has been around for at least 25 years now. If you don't like to wait a long time to be seen he is your man. I never waited but two… minutes in the waiting room and one in the exam room to be seen. Give the guy a break if he is brief, he is a good doctor and he knows what he is doing!

It really does not make any difference how much you like or don't like Danny. He likes himself well enough that nothing else matters. I think he forgot that he is not God and does not have the right to act as if he is. I forgive him for my babies problems but he should not be practicing.
