Dr. Dara Beth Arons, MD

I had a horrific experience with Dr. Arons and the team at the Washington Street BIDMC team and I am rarely leave reviews but this experience needs to be shared. For whatever reason, Dr. Arons and her team lied to me multiple times over the course of 48 hours about their sending a prescription to my local CVS. I had to call their office 4 separate times, each time I was told that the prescription had been sent over. I finally demanded to speak to a supervisor and even then the supervisor told me the prescription would be covered by my insurance, which it only was after I went and picked it up and verified that it was covered as they were gonna charge me full price for the prescription in question. I've never been treated so disrespectfully and I will never again be going to that office or recommend Dr. Arons to anyone in my social or professional circles moving forward.
