My experience with D Le Beau ( I don't what is his name) this service was awful!! The service with this person was unprofessional. I think he doesn't have experience about medicine for epilepsy. He doesn't know about option for medicine or about side effect s, when I mentioned this his look upset and shrugged his shoulders like "whatever" several times, Or maybe is because I don't have the right to ask about my medicine. He stated that he could refer me with someone out of Lawton OK. If he doesn't have knowledge, or clients can't ask nothing that bothers him, I am spending my time and my money. I will cancel my TRICARE Ins.

Hi, my name is Melissa Chambers, I've had chronic migraines since I was 16, I've seen quite a few Neurologists. Before coming home 2 months ago I was in California with my husband and my Neurologist had me try Amovig shots and Umblvy, while they improved my quailty of life a bit not as much as we had hoped so he wanted to try Botox injections, unfortunately my husband was deployed short after and so I was coming back home and since that is something only the doctor can do and needs to be done at exactly a month we opted for a temporary nerve block and to discuss the Botox with my next Neurologist. My first appointment with Dr. Le Beau was a little concerning he seemed all over the place with his thoughts and wanted to change all my meds which is ok I'm always down to try something new to help but he wanted me to stop the Amovig completely and the Umblvy, The new medicine he wanted me to try was Qulipta a daily medicine, I agreed but was unsure about taking only that because things have… gotten very bad before, he kept saying how expensive these medicines were and that I should only have one at a time, that if I was out there with regular insurance I would have to pay a lot of money for them. After a while of back and forth he agreed to give me the Botox and had it scheduled. The morning of that appointment he has the nurse call me and tell me he changed his mind he doesn't want to give me the Botox he wants me to take the Qulipta alone and see if it works, I say how can he change things without talking to me about it and she has him give me call a while later He says he changed his mind he was overwhelmed by how complicated my case was and wanted to try just the Qulipta, mentioning again how expensive they both are, this wasn't what I wanted but I'm horrible at advocating for myself so I agreed to take it for a while. He said if I really wanted the Botox I could have it but I'm a push over so I agreed to just the Qulipta. After talking to my support group they insisted I needed to advocate for myself or bring a family member to do so because if he was giving a medicine that is similar to something I had already tried with no benefit or dismissing me. So Monday I called the office and let them know I changed my mind I would like the Botox, prepared to an argument I had my mother on the phone as well, but the lady at the front desk was kind and put me on hold for a sec then made the appointment for me. Fast forward to today, I come in to get the Botox and its sitting there on the counter the nurse leaves and Dr Le Beau comes in, you can instantly see that he is mad, he asks my why I am here he thought we had talked about it, I told him he said if I wanted the Botox I could have it. He said but we were trying the Quilpta going in AGAIN about how expensive they are and he is a person that is in charge of handling government funds and if he gives me 2 expensive medicines that it could take away from someone else getting treatment. I asked why he would make the appointment if he didn't want to do it and he said he didn't, and I cant just call up here and make an appointment whenever I want, I said I didn't, I called and asked about making an appointment. To which he replied something about how his staff should not have made the appointment and not to worry he would "handle them too" Speaking to me like I was a child. He said I cant just have it because I want it, I said its not because I want it its because I have chronic migraines and my Amovig will wear off soon. He then said I didn't get to be in charge, I told him its my body and I do, that I'm less worried about government funds than I am my quailty of life. We went back and forth a bit more and he told me not to cry, I'm assuming he said this because I am a women but I told him I'm not going to cry. He then said the most he would do for me was up the Qulipta. Interesting to note he said I could have the Botox or the Qulipta but not both, they were too expensive.

He has taken care of me for seizures and migraines for 14 years! He is the one who diagnosed me! I trust him completely! He is a wonderful doctor and man!!

I have been dealing with neurologists for my son's seizure disorder and autism spectrum for over 43 years - Out of all the Neurologists we have seen with him, Dr Le Beau truly listens. Even though I am my son's caretaker, he makes sure he directs all of his questions to my son. Only if my son defers to me do I answer those questions. He will ask if I have noticed any changes in my son's condition, which I do answer. But what I really like about Dr Le Beau, is that he makes you feel at ease and I never feel like we are getting less that quality care. My son has been seeing him since 2009 and I am pleased with both the quality of care and the time he spends with my son. He understands our family dynamics and remembers our last few visits without any additional questions being answered. I enjoy our visits with him.

Somewhat blew me off, didn't really seem to care about the underlying cause of my problems, but did treat some of the pan I was experiencing. He is respectful and kind even to BCT Soldiers, not something you see a lot of from providers on Fort Sill.

Dr. Le Beau is an excellent physician with a great bedside manner who really seems to care a lot about his patients. Ft. Sill is lucky to have someone like him on staff.
