Horrible experience! Went to see this Dr for mri follow up. I handed her a detailed list of symptoms I didn't tell her about & she was very annoyed & said "This would take over an hour " & handed it right back to me. Showed my mri as fast as she could & explained NOTHING. Cut me off everytime I TRIED to talk & totally gaslit me, ignoring my symptoms that have progressed. Asked about labs she never ordered. When I tried to ask questions about what the radiologist report all she said was "yeah, I don't know why he put that" explaining nothing! Dismissed EVERY symptom I tried to ask about! Absolute horrible experience! Im having symptoms that are progressing that I'm very concerned about. She offered no explanation, education, or help & rushed the appointment as fast as she could. VERY rude & zero compassion. Left crying. DO NOT GO HERE if you want a caring Dr that won't allow you to speak, gaslights you, won't explain anything!!!!

She was very hard to understand and impatient. Time was not allowed to understand a question and reply before another question was asked. Her handling of painful leg was rough and rushed during EMG. She needs more training in bedside manner. I would not recommend her to anyone.

lied to my primary doctor. told him that I stopped my medicine. she couldn't find out what was wrong and kept giving me medications that were not working. she also said that I was lying about having seizures. 4 members of my family went to appointments with me and described them to her as they witnessed them. 3 other doctors wrote reports to her as I had them during their care and I was in a coma for a week at her home hospital and she never came to see me even though my family requested her to as I had a seizure so bad the ambulance was sent out which is why I had been in the coma. she needs to stop practicing!

Dr. Kandimala missed my husbands brain tumor. Dr. Kandimala told my husband he was having psychogenic seizures for the first time in his 30’s because he had trauma in his life. My husband has brain cancer.

She has superior knowledge of the mind and body as a whole! Extremely thorough, patient, kind, and understanding! Treated me with utmost respect, and dignity- "Thank You," Dr. Kandimala and staff, for truly being; "One of a kind." TB

Dr. Kandimala and her nurses are absolutely wonderful. They are all so caring and thorough. The medical staff are amazing, they get back to you promptly. She is the greatest and is so down to earth about the way she explains the problem and the plan of care. I won't be going anywhere else! My overall experience was better than great! She's more of a doctor than one could ever hope for!

This Dr. has been treating my daughter for a number of years and I was totally blindsided by her behavior recently. At the end of last year she gave my daughter a prescription for 1 year. I was skeptical, but because I am not a Dr. I took her word that it would be ok. The problem starts when after less than a year her prescription expires because it is a controlled substance used to control seizures. I think no problem she will just issue another prescription and that will be the end of it. Think again. I contacted my pharmacist today to learn that no, she will not be making it right. She instead will have my daughter wait a month or so to be seen and in the mean time have many seizures. In no way is this quality of care. You would think that someone from her office would have called. Nope again. If you like care that borders on factory assembly line care by all means go here. If not save yourself and your family some pain and drive to another town.

I wouldn't recommend her to anyone!'She treated me poorly and told me that my speech loss was all in my mind! She didn't fully explain my MRI report just said that it was scar tissue and I find out later that it's encephalomalacia! She spent maybe 10minutes at the most with me after talking me down for being able to write!'I'm supposed to see her again but don't want to! She makes me feel uncomfortable!

My Mom was a recent patient of Dr. Kandimala, we were able to get an appointment right away, which was awesome since we didn't feel we needed to wait. She was very considerate of our concerns & thoroughly answered our questions. She made us very comfortable & we never felt as we were being rushed out of her office, she took the time to explain things to us. We felt she was extremely knowledgeable in her field. She ordered MRIs, labs, started medications on my Mom. Her office staff are very prompt in ordering these tests and following on the results. We went back for her follow up, she was still the same, she made time for us to answer all our questions & concerns, reviewed the MRI images with all of us, explaining everything thoroughly. She told us if we have any questions or concerns ever just to call her. We would highly recommend Dr. Kandimala to anyone needing her expertise & knowledge in the field of Neurology.

She always spends time talking with us and listening to our concerns, never seems rushed even though she might be behind in her schedule. She has such a great bedside manners. She is very honest, easy to talk with and gentle. She really listens to your concerns, questions. She has really good staff.
