Very friendly and personable. Took time to answer questions and explain things. Even answered my questions about something the appointment wasn't even for. Didn't feel rushed like 99% of doctors I've been to.

Dr. Epstein was a great doctor. He answered every question about my skin biopsy, was friendly, and I even called him the next day to tell him my concerns and he reassured me. He called me the following Monday morning with my results at 7:45 AM and told me not to worry. I would recommend him wholeheartedly.

I made a 1st-time appointment to look at 2 questionable moles. Once in the examining room, I also agreed to a full-body epidermal exam. Although my appointment was delayed by 20 minutes, both staff and Dr. E. acknowledged the delay and expressed regrets (I agree, unforeseeable events can happen). I was impressed with Dr. Epstein's demeanor and professionalism. I am confident of his knowledge and expertise in accurately diagnosing and then explaining -in layman's terms-various aspects of skin cancers, etc. He quickly obtained a skin biopsy and assured me of a follow up in 1 week time. Before leaving the examination room he offered to answer any other questions or address any concerns I had. I never felt he was in a rush or would not take more time to talk, need be. Consequently, I would honestly refer him to family and friends based on my experience. I can be very stingy about giving high marks or 5 stars unless I truly feel they are earned. In fact, Dr. Epstein has earned a… high rating from me.

I've seen him for several years now. He has always been very friendly and pleasant. He is low pressure but will suggest what he thinks should be done. He listens well. I've always felt like he cares about me and my health.
