Lack of empathy. Had PT following hip surgery (left side). I also have very severe arthritis in my right hip, due for replacement later. The therapist insisted that I do movements that created severe pain in my right hip. The PT only made it so I could barely walk. I told him this but he would not alter change treatment. I canceled the rest of my treatments I cannot recommend having PT at CO in Lanham.

If I could give her no stars , I would. She is very rude. She came in the room with an attitude because I was there with my son who happens to be 26 years old. What difference does it make? He signed a HIPPA so I could talk to her regarding his care and she made us make a 5th that's right a 5th appointment just so I could talk her. She kept trying to over talk me and finally I ended the appointment. My son waited for an hour and a half to see one doctor who saw him for 5mins and referred he to her. The next time they wouldn't see him because of his referral. They sent him to his primary to get a new referral and brought him back the same week. My son told me she was rude then and when I called, I could not speak with her on the phone she said we had to make an appointment. I left work early to go to this appointment. Dr. Jean-Pierre has NO BEDSIDE MANNER! I have to have an appointment to see her and see is never on-time for her appointments. I can't waste her time but it is… okay for her to waste mine. I don't normally do these types for reviews. I would say that she was just having a bad day but my son said this was the second time she treated him like this only the second time I was there to witness it. BEWARE!!!!!!

I had no idea what to expect. Dr. Jean Pierre stresses that I had to let her know what pain I was experiencing.

The wait time was two hours. Highly unacceptable and there were not a lot of patients. The communication from her team was equally horrible and unprofessional.
