I have been a patient of Dr. Martin-Wimmer for over 20 years. She is knowledgeable and professional, and has helped me with several skin problems. Her cheerful and upbeat attitude are also appreciated.

Rigid staff, unresponsive to individual circumstances. Impersonal, not understanding, some good medical knowledge.

I had my first visit today with Dr. Martin-Wimmer after a recent move to the area from out-of-state. Having had numerous types of skin cancers (including melanomas) resulting from by teen years as a swimmer and lifeguard, I was very concerned about finding a doctor whom I could feel confident about. The moment Dr. Martin-Wimmer walk into the examination room, those concerns were quickly put to rest. Not only was she warm and personable; but even more importantly, she was more thorough than any dermatologist I have had in the past. I was especially impressed with the way she had her assistant take notes during the exam and our conversation. Before I left the office I was presented with a written overview of everything that was discussed and given an opportunity to ask any more questions that I might have. I also found her entire staff to be very friendly and accomodating. I feel very relieved to have found such a professional, thorough and personable doctor to help me keep my skin… issues in check.

I had a mole removed. It got infected. When I went back to the office, the doctor refused to see me. I had to pay for an office visit even though it was a followup to surgery and only got to see a nurse. The Dr. does very little work herself. I paid the copayment at the time of surgery, but received a bill for $234 two months later. They blamed this on my insurance company. My wound is red and ugly, but I'm not paying for another visit to a nurse. The Dr. claims my red face is rosacea, but her treatment didn't work. I also had a long wait every visit.

The poorest possible health care from a Dermatologist. Practice appears to be geared towards making money. Superficial cares only addressed here! Be aware when she checks your body she's looking for profit. May only barely concern herself with your original complaint.

A while back I was in the Denver area from out of town. I learned of Dr. Martin-Wimmer from a friend's highly favorable referral. I could not have had a better experience. I was seen on an expedited basis and was treated by Doctor Martin-Wimmer whose professionalism and expertise were apparent from the moment she entered the examination room. She reflects everything good about the medical field.

Darnell is the best dermatologist I've ever found! And that includes some big names in Beverly Hills. Great bedside manner; a doctor who really listens and cares for the patient's well-being.Some idiot was critical in another review because he had to wait 15 minutes. Get a life you fool. No receptionist can accurately schedule every doctor's appointment. Do us all a favor and lay out in the sun for a few days. Sorry; make that months.Dr. Darnell Wimmer has cured all my dermatological ills, and she can do the same for you!
