Dr. Darron Drew Digiulio

Used to be my derm, but locked me out of the office before one of my late afternoon appointments. I considered knocking, but instead took it as a sign to leave and get a new Derm. My time is important - I really don't care if you're a doctor. Do NOT waste my time. Ever.

Dr. Digiulio is the 1st dermatologist in 20 years who was able to find treatment for me that works. He is extremely kind with very nice office staff. He takes his time, answers all my questions and concerns and is never in a rush.

I’ve been to 3 other dermatology offices and I’ve finally found a keeper. I’ve never waited more than 5 minutes for my appointment and they’re quick and to the point listening to what you want. I’ve had really bad acne since I can remember. I’m 22 now and ready to do whatever it takes to get rid of it. The entire staff has been very nice so far. One staff member even went above and beyond for me by helping me with an insurance problem. I couldn’t be happier with the service with Dr. Digiulio!

Dr. DiGiulio was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. I had some concerns about aging skin problems and he was quick to recommend procedures that would benefit my issues, such as skin fillers. Although he was offering options, he was not pushy nor insistent. He was honest to point out concerns I had about my skin, he didn't feel required attention at this time. I feel he isn't in the business to make money, rather what's in the best interest for the patient. I would highly recommend anyone looking for an honest dermatologist visit Dr. DiGiulio.

Dr. Digiulio is a caring doctor, you can tell he loves his job and enjoys what he does!

My experience with Water's Edge Dermatology has been by far THE WORST EXPERIENCE of any medical service I have ever received. I spent the better part of my day getting the runaround and being transferred from one line to another and repeatedly asked to call someone else about my billing issue. I finally spoke to the office manager of the Plantation office who persisted in being NASTY-NICE, infusing a sweet tone of voice with sarcasm and fake sincerity. Sue was obviously NOT very nice or helpful. She did not actively listen to me. Instead she spent the better part of the conversation talking over me and cutting me off before I could finish asking my question. I felt I had been over-charged for the service of mole removal. I was quoted two prices. One for the option of removal, and a second price for the option of removal and biopsy of the mole. I chose the 2nd option, quoted at the higher price through my health insurance, with the understanding that the price included lab testing.… It was explained to me that the mole would be sent to a lab, but it was not explained that the lab would be charging me additionally and to expect a bill from them. Since that information was not given to me, I have wasted my day on the phone trying to understand why I received another bill. It wasn't a misunderstanding on my part, as office manager Sue, told me. The staff dropped the ball on this and I will NEVER seek medical service from anyone affiliated with Water's Edge anything. WHAT A NIGHTMARE !!!!!

Very accurate and sweet man. He treats me and my elderly parents. Takes his time and office staff is wonderful.

Great doctor and office. Very thorough and took the time to answer all of my questions.
