Excellent doctors who have treated me over the past years, they have gone above and beyond assisting me, either treating my Lung Problems, or referring me to the correct Specialist to take care of my medical problems. They are human so they are not perfect, but as Doctors, they come pretty darn close to it in my eyes. McDuffie County, GA is fortunate to have this Group's Medical facility available for treatment of our sickness and medical needs.

I have been going to Dr. Wiley for about 2 years now and I have no complaints about him. However, some of his front office staff are not kind and a few have a real attitude, like they are doing you a favor to see you, vs. you are contributing to their pay checks by coming there, for you could take your business elsewhere. The waiting room is always full and is rather dark and needs to be updated to a more comfortable environment. Poor and cheap taste in decorating. Sometimes I feel that Dr. Wiley rushes when he is with me and does not understand my concerns or issues, but I never leave his office until I am satisfied. The girls in the back of the office that do the labs are very professional and very friendly, perhaps they need to teach the girls at the front desk some manners, for they could use some, as well as their tone in how they speak to patients. I do not care for the other doctor that Dr. Wiley has in his office with him. He has no bedside manners, is very rude, does not let… you speak before he interupts you, does not smile, do I need to say more? I always fill out the survery cards on each of my visits, but so far, no improvements are seen. I hate to change doctors, but if the staff does not learn some better manners and watch their tone with the patients, and become more friendly, then I will have to look for a new doctor. Please Dr. Wiley, send your front office staff to a manner school!!!

Earlier today, my 16 month old suffered a pretty significant laceration to his upper right eye. I immediately thought "Dr. Daryl". The office (and Dr. Wiley's wife) bent over backwards to get us right in and comforted my toddler- as much as he would allow. To top it off, it was lunchtime so Dr. Daryl Wiley and Scott Stamper sacrificed their brief lunch break to meet our needs first. We received professional and loving care that was top notch. I am even pleased with his stitches! That is amazing considering how much my little man was wiggling around. I am exhausted from the stress of having my baby hurt; however, I am relieved at the premium care he just received. THANK YOU!

A few of the nurses have a real attitude. Don't like them at all. The hour and a half wait time even though I had an appointment was unacceptable. Waiting room is dark and dingy. Didn't really feel like this doctor understood my concerns-but I will give this office one more chance, if things don't improve, I'll look elsewhere.
