Very disappointed. i have been a customer for just few years there and I’ll never step my foot in this place again. I scheduled a regular cleaning two weeks before. At my appointment they informed me I need to pay over $1,000 for a deep cleaning prior to do my regular cleaning. I don’t need deep cleaning as I do cleaning every three months. It should be my option and not theirs. It’s the typical office that don’t listen to their patients needs. Just want to find ways to get more money from customers.

Called three weeks ago to make an appointment, I was very specific that has to be at 4pm for my job scheduled, today when I showed up they told me they were book for 4pm and my appointment was at 2pm which is not what I was told the day I called. I have a cavity waiting to be fix, this is very unprofessional. I called my insurance to let them know as well.

This is a warm and friendly office. They take time to answer all my questions and Dr. Bistritz explained my treatment in detail. Looking forward to future appointments.

Best Dentist I've ever had

I've been coming here for over 7 years, and I've never had any complaints. All of the staff including the girls at the front desk are incredibly friendly and attentive. Whoever your dental hygienist is, you'll be set. However, Grisel is absolutely amazing though, love her!!
